They have truly made this awful time bearable.

They don't hire professional caring people. I've had 2 care providers, one was nice, but neither really had any training. Cargiving is supposed to help the family not stress it even more! I've only had services for 2 months! Tracy is rude and mean on phone to me the costumer. She didn't call to tell me no caregiver or to answer questions. Skip her boss was suppose to call and didn't either! Receptionist didn't care about me out had any answers and was not nice. Do yourself a favor hire another company that actually cares about you and your family! It is so stressful for a family member to have another new caregiver to come in to bath them, seeing them naked. It is already an embarrassment for person receiving care.So company really should be super nice and grateful. It is our money or insurance that keeps then in business. I walk in and there are roughly 20 children and only two staff members.It was around 5 PM the front door was unlocked and open I rang the doorbell because I don't like to just walk in. No one came so I walked in, I had a child from the ages 10 to 12 asked me who I'm here for. I walked past the child and into the room my son is normally in I see my son sitting in a bouncer chair that's not fastened and he is crying. I pick my son up proceed to put him in his car seat the two workers there are trying to make small talk with me I think they can tell I'm pissed. My sons diaper is full, not just urine.As I go to grab my sons backpack they tell me that he's out of diapers I said this is impossible seeing as he had a whole case and a single package out of a case and this is his second going on his third week and it's only Tuesday. So I saw the staff members where my sons diapers are and show them that they're labeled with his name. As I'm walking out I hear her say oh wait here's a spoon but I continue to walk out because I'm so upset. Then the 10 to 12 year old brings out his diaper cream applicator. The diaper cream applicator has diaper cream on it and food that she fed my son with. I expect all daycare workers to be up-to-date on baby items. This was unprofessional, and could get my son sick. The staff member Miss.T doesn't like infants. When I would bring him in she asked me if Miss Brown the owner knew that he was coming, OF COURSE, do I not pay for childcare here? Why is that even a question. Some days I would work late but never past 7 PM, The daycare doesn't close until 8 PM, the owner called me one day to ask when I will be there ?!? Again I pay for a service I will be there !!! Also it's dirty the children's area was disgusting until Miss.Sandra/Sandy took over. I do not recommend this place I pay $18.00 more and he now attends "Grow with me childcare" behind shoppers world ! If you care at all about your child don't take them here. I will say they have one good worker Miss. Sandra/Sandy. She cares about the kids, she will tell you when they are what they are how much they ate when she changed them etc. They are very lucky to have her. This was my first time handling my CPR certification on my own and not through a job. I needed the…read morecert quickly specifically for BLS so that I can take an exam for EMT recertification. I researched the available classes in indy and price compared. and by about $10-25 this company offers classes cheaper and has very quick availability. I took their class their customer service was quick, the class time varies i'd recommend reaching out before hand if you have time constraints. It was the quickest BLS class i've ever had which i appreciated but I wouldn't recommend for someone's first ever class because you wont likely understand the physiology behind CPR wit the pace this class goes but if you're already in EMS this is a perfect class. The location was clean and instructors/owner were kind and helpful but you could tell they were ready to go.
