I had issues with losing my tax form from last…read moreyear and not knowing what I owed or for that matter not having any access to the Tax Canada site because they got infected last year and revoked previous information. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED TO NAVIGATE THEIR SITE... Smoke and Mirrors Even with INUIT tax form you eventually hit a wall for something they want you do not have. I went to a competive office (you know who they are) four days before on April 25 and they said I had to fill out a clip board of the 3 forms (my son, wife and myself) and this was after waiting 10 minutes while she went through a file cabinet with me standing at the desk. THEN as I was filling out these forms she says THESE WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED UNTIL AFTER APRIL 30 SO THEIR COULD BE A PENALTY. Outta there... I tried to do it myself until hitting the Canada roadblock or MAZE.... I went to LIBERTY... last resort often seeing the little MASCOT on Ontario St. St. Catharines. VIOLA ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED I went in at about 3 PM with a closing time of 5 PM I had to go home to get exact info needed and employee, GOD bless her I forget her name said she would wait until I got back. I got their just before closing time and asked about a credit that i had mentioned to the previously receptionist... she followed up BEYOND her scheduled hours on a Saturday, made calls to her superior (who apparently was also RECEPTIVE). In the end IMMEDIATELY they sent my 3 and one more complicated forms on the spot. ALSO We have friends who are a retired couple with no complications who paid almost FIVE HUNDRED and we paid $280 for three with complications... and pretty well instant. These people went above and beyond their call of duty... one woman had to pick up her daughter (Who got belayed but still, who gives their dead time to their business.. probably A GOOD ONE) Another employee took a later bus to contibute to an issue that had to be solved before they submitted all three forms. ARE YOU KIDDING ME... Do you know the show YOU GOTTA GO HERE... this is THE SAME

If I could give zero stars here, I would. We dropped off our completed (by another accounting…read morefirm) 2021 returns in the Fall of 2022 so that this company could complete our 2022 returns. Needless to say, this whole experience was a disaster. On April 25th they called to say our returns were completed. After receiving refunds for a least the prior 3 years, they did not advise that we owed in excess of $6,000. We were flabbergasted, needless to say. Upon talking with the owner, she stated that they had a difficult time opening the email reports for our investment advisor. A simple phone call could have fixed that. Upon delivering paper copies to them, a $2000 reduction in taxes resulted. I add that this was on April 30th, the final date to file. Their staff informed us that "the more you make, the more you pay". They must think we aren't too bright! We took our returns to another accountant & guess what? Yes, you guessed it - we both have refunds amounting to $2000. So, that's a $6000 error. If they weren't capable of completing our returns, they had 6 months to let us know. Run, don't walk from this company!!!!
