The girl Alicia is always there me and her joke around and act like "she lives here " lovee going in there and hearing her recommends she never does me any wrong. Idk if the manger thinks they are not busy but she could definitely use some help I mean not that she really needs it cause she can handle it and get everyone out very fast in my own words I love Alicia she is a goattt at making smoothies I have never complained when she makes me it and she gave me the times she will be there so I will definitely b there when I know she is working. The service on Friday, September 13th, 2024 at 10:00AM was terrible to say the least. The cashier was rude, and couldn't explain the difference between a "hulk blend" and a "protein blend". She did not want to be there and had no problem showing that. I went with my gf with intentions to get a protein drink but left empty handed. My gf got a drink but says it's subpar. I would give less stars but every time I come here after my gym session at EOS, they are closed early. I got here today at 8:45 and they were already completely shut down. As always. It's super inconvient. Maybe adjust your hours of operation so that the public is aware not to waste time and one to this location. It's very annoying. Great customer service and was greeted upon arrival! After placing our order, the gentleman had asked my friend if he would like any additional fresh berries or fruits to his smoothie. My friend declined at first, however the gentleman recommended blueberries as he stated it was good. My friend went ahead and ordered what he suggested. Drinks were made fast and I enjoyed my drink. I went to order a smoothie today and as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru, the staff member barked "we don't have strawberries." (Not a hello or an "I'm so sorry, we are out of strawberries.") As I perused the menu, I looked for smoothies that had a variety of other ingredients than strawberries and settled on the Immune one. I ordered it and she aggressively responded with "I told you we don't have strawberries." I let her know that I was aware of that shortage and to please make it without the strawberries. To which she replied that she didn't have any. After two more rounds of this conversation, I chose to take my business elsewhere. There are 100 other ways to communicate a fruit and ingredient shortage than making the guest/customer feel like it's their fault. This new location would benefit from some basic customer service training on how to treat and talk to guests. It's unfortunate it ended this way because it's a great location with a need for this type of establishment. They just lost my business. read more

Horrible service. In May, the girl at the front accidentally charged me twice for a smoothie. I brought to management and owners attention. After it was reviewed by them they told me it a bank error and to work it out with them. I even provided proof of the separate transactions and how it ended up getting charged twice. $8.76 is not a big deal, it's just the principal. It was an honest mistake by the cashier. Just refund my money and move on. That is all I wanted. read more

I was very disappointed in the lady who answered the call, we placed an order via DoorDash and my son had an allergy reaction because it contained pecans. We specifically wrote under the special instructions to remove any nuts. She said it wasn't her fault because she didn't get anything on the app and that I had to call DoorDash, when I asked the number she acted very unconcerned and that I had to find it out myself. Now I am calling DoorDash and they confirmed it was written under special instruction. My issue is that she sounded like it was not her problem and very inconsiderate of what had happened. read more

This is your typical Smoothie King, and that's a good thing! It's clean, the service is friendly, and the smoothies are always consistent. I usually get the Lean1 Chocolate smoothie as a meal replacement if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to grab a solid bite to eat, and I always enjoy it. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake to me! It's pretty pricey, so I try not to buy these more than once or twice a month, but I do enjoy the smoothies and this IS a good location. read more

Do not go here!! Go to one of the other million locations. I used to go here a while ago and stopped. My recent trip reminded me why. The ROOD ATTITUDES! The kids shake comes with a add in. Multivitamin. I simply asked to change it out for a different one. They will not do it with out charging you for an extra one and still take out the one it comes with. I have NEVER had this issue with any other location. Just save yourself the hassle. Apparently this is worth losing a costumer over. I would go at least 3 times a week tonight we were ordering multiple shakes. But just ended up leaving. . But never again. read more

My daughter and I went through the drive through at the Smoothie King location on Louetta Rd in Spring, Texas on Friday, 5/15/20, at around 12:30pm. As we sat in our car waiting to place our order, I saw a male worker making smoothies with his face mask off, hanging from one ear. He continued to make multiple smoothies this way. When I finally approached the speaker to order, I asked the young woman if everyone who worked there wears masks and she stated, "yes". I told her that I was pretty sure I had seen one employee not wearing his mask and she stated that all employees wear masks, it's their policy. Once I got to the window I told the gentleman that there was 1 young man who is making smoothies and not wearing mask. He said, "just a minute". The young woman who had previously taken my order through the speaker came to the window. I told her that I saw inside the building that she was wearing a mask but that her male co-worker was not and that I could see that he had his hanging off one ear. She finally admitted this and said that he had just taken it off briefly because the masks get hot and she started saying that they use hand sanitizer (i.e. her tone was a bit defensive). I told her that I understand that the masks get hot because I am in the medical field but that it is very important that all employees wear one in order to keep everyone safe. She immediately said, "I understand" and quickly left. When she returned with the smoothies, she said she was not charging me for them. I attempted to tell her that wasn't necessary but before I could finish my sentence she quickly said, "No, I understand". She was obviously annoyed/irritated but I do give her credit for attempting to display good customer service. The problem is that what I really wanted was for her to apologize instead of initially lying and then making excuses for this employee. Most importantly, I wanted her assurance that this would not happen again and that ALL employees would wear a mask while working. If one of them was getting over heated, then he/she should take a break, but do not take the mask off when preparing a smoothie. read more

However at this particular smoothie king location they no longer carry taste cups for extra smoothie and require you to purchase a $.58 kids cop for the extra smoothie that they are going to throw away. I got a small apple kiwi kale smoothie, it was pretty good, but I couldn't finish anything after 2 sips it cause I found a short black hair on the lid that looked like a pube. Was recently there and the cashier who helped me was not only RUDE but had a snarky attitude and was completely unprofessional. Right when I got in this cashier got ruder and ruder towards the end when I asked if I could speak with the manger I was told the manger wasn't in and wouldn't be in all day. I found that unsettling, why would a manger of a franchise store leave two little high schoolers alone? Christ. When I asked how can I leave a message the cashier said a smart ass remark like " Oh, I can't give his personal number out." UH? Really? NO, I wasn't asking for his personal number I was asking for a way to leave a message. The cashier didn't even know the store number to call and simply said "oh just look online." How unprofessional can you get? Yeah I know this is just some high school job but Christ put a little effort in for once your life. When I was leaving I heard the cashier say something along the lines of "whats with everyone today or why is everyone so rude?" etc. Yeah maybe if you're constantly getting upset customers, it's YOU and your ATTITUDE. Will not be coming back, terrible service, it was a terrible smoothie too, all in all this place has really gone down hill. Manger was also super unhelpful when I called having an aloof attitude and obviously could care less.
