It came with an açai base, peanut butter, berries, granola, banana, and chia seeds. The ingredients were all fresh, it tasted delicious and was incredibly satisfying. To my surprise, both the Energizer and Lunch smoothies were delicious! They had the perfect creamy consistency--not too thick and not watery--and were packed with flavor.
