While the self-service order screens are convenient, I don't always love the lack of customer service that comes with them, which was the only downfall here for me. Wish that gal well in customer service. The gal at the window who took my badge and handed me my drink was much more pleasant!! Need more people like her.

My favorite drinks (you will see a theme here) are the Caramelicious Blender, the Hot Caramelicious, and the Iced Caramelicious. The Turtle Latte and Candy Bar lattes are also pretty good, if you're wanting something EXTRA sweet. The only drawback of this location is that the parking lot is a little weird, but I don't blame that on the Scooters - that parking lot has always been pretty weird and congested. If you're a Scooters fan, I'd say definitely give this location a try if you haven't yet, because it's a notch above the rest!

The ladies were super welcoming and were willing to try out any recipes I had. The one she made me was incredible! Sadly I don't think I can replicate it here in Texas so I'll be dreaming of our creation. The decor was super cute and was very clean inside! I thought the pricing was great, in fact seemed slightly less expensive than what I pay down here in Austin. My only negative was the building where the sign is. Obviously there was a shop here before but I feel like the building management could have done a better job of repairing the damage from the old sign. Idk just really bothered me especially with the amount of money it looks like 402 spent on trying to make everything look good. Overall, 100% I'll be back! I may have even gotten my step brother hooked with his pixie stick.

Even when I was like what will have the most protein and carbs, or like what Herbalife powder is in it I'll look it up myself, they acted like I was being annoying. Nutrition is in the name - idk just won't be back. Smoothie ended up having Herbalife vanilla protein powder. Has a slight chalky aftertaste but is satisfying and priced about what I'd expect - $15 for a large. In response to the owner- She was looking at her phone, but I only got a bunch of umms and protein values for one size of a different drink. I pulled out my phone to show them my fitness pal thinking maybe that would help as a different type of communication and at the end of the day never got the information on protein and carbs in the drink I ordered, and again, they seemed genuinely annoyed and disinterested. If you have sound for the video maybe give it another look. It was so awkward.

SO good. I also tried the crystal shrimp dumplings. They were okay for me, but they have bamboo shoots or something similar mixed in, which isn't really my thing. That's entirely a picky-eater problem and not a them problem! The mini custard buns were everything they should be: soft, warm, sweet, and delicious. I also got the beef noodle soup with udon, and I really appreciated that they packaged the broth separately from everything else so I could combine it when I got home.
