These guys might have to get a whole new crew. Almost $10 on a smoothie. You better be really good. It was all ice no flavor. I have had keto champ chocolate before and it was so good. Not this time. Went back and said I think it's too much ice it's not like a smoothie and maybe you should pour it out and taste some for yourself so they could see. Terrible customer service. I have been ordering the same drink at Smoothie King for as long as I can remember. When I ordered at this location and they got it wrong I kindly went back and asked if the order could be corrected. The lady at the window spent a good 10 minutes arguing that they don't "do it that way". I had to pull up the website with the ingredients to explain to her what I was asking for (simply adding strawberries to a smoothie). She then said it was my fault for not ordering correctly (which is 100% false bc I've been ordering the same thing at every location for years). In order to finally have my smoothie remade - I paid for new ones. Then at the pick up window she doubled down by saying make sure you order correctly next time as she handed the smoothies... I am hesitant to ever return to this location as I feel the lady would purposefully sabotage my next order based on our interaction. Especially after ready previous reviews. read more

Dangerous, rude and filthy environment. I asked to have my order made in the allergy free bin and saw they disregarded that request. I had to get their attention and ask again. Both attendance became extremely rude and started with that ghetto attitude. Asking around, this is an apparent trend at this location and many will not go back. I won't. I had never been to a Smoothie King before until I lived walking distance from one lol. It was this tiny little shack in the middle of a parking lot next to a CVS and I had to try it. Surprisingly it was really good and tasted a lot more natural/real than other smoothie places like Jamba Juice. They're kinda pricy but I learned that their cup sizes are huge, so I guess you get what you pay for ‍ I tried the "Caribbean Way". read more

This just isn't the best smoothie king...the smoothie itself was good but the dude and dudette working aren't really chill. Like you go to smoothie king to get a smoothie and chill but I kinda felt like i had to explain what "hi, how are you?" means because when I pulled up and said hey what's up they looked at me like I was from mars and didn't know how to say "oh good how are you" pretty awkward. If i could do zero stars i would. There have been three instances i have gone back here and today after the third i am never going back. The first instance was i ordered my smoothie and i asked for chocolate and i got strawberry. i politely ask the drive thru worker if i can possibly get a replacement. i get met with attitude from the drive thru worker saying "no you asked for strawberry" blah blah blah and i just said "ok that's fine. i'll keep this one." The second instance was when the employees purposely messed up my 20 OZ CHOCOLATE HULK (i stated very clearly this time that i wanted chocolate) i pull around the side and it is half made and watery. both me and my friend. the third time i went back was today. hoping after a workout i could get a protein shake. i pull up "hello maam". then i get no response for like 30 second and then the drive thru worker says in a very sarcastic way "let me make sure that i hear you think time so i can put it in right". not wanting to start anyrhibg i just drove off. worst customer service i have ever had. this place used to be amazing now it sucks. read more

Extremely inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and each time it is a little different. This last time it didn't look right when I got it and wasn't drinkable. Hopefully they can get some consistent training for the staff and turn it around. read more

The location is exceptionally convenient. I haven't seen any other drive through smoothie places around. I've been by several times now and the service has always been quick and friendly and the smoothies thick and tasty. Definitely do not recommend. Visited a few days ago and purchased 2 x 32oz shakes only to be shorted by the servers. The young female server, "Hannah" (on her name tag) only filled my shake about 3/4 full and flopped it upside down to make the top appear as if it was full when they handed to me. I found this out after receiving my drink and opening the lid to inspect since it felt somewhat empty. If you want good quality service and healthy shakes/drinks, I'd highly recommend traveling the extra two miles to the nearby Tropical Smoothie. I also highly recommend a Smoothie King shift manager be present to ensure quality assurance and customer service by their young inexperienced staff. Definitely will not be going back to waste my money or time. read more
