Surprisingly, you get a discount with pickup from store. Everything went smoothly with order and pickup. Friendly customer service. The problem came when I had to make a return (thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Although the receipt stated items could be returned to store if not satisfied, that was not the case. I was told that since I did not have a store account, their computer system could not find my order to allow for a refund. Sorry, but that should not be the customer's problem. Long story short, I was eventually given a replacement (only because my item was only $2.99). With this experience, I doubt if I will return to this store unless I plan to make purchases in the store and can make returns without having an account. On a side note, they need to tone down the air freshener scent in the store--it is too strong--soon as you walk into the store, the scent hits you.
