Ordered a PB Delight through DoorDash on Friday. I received my ordered and noticed it wasn't what I normally receive from the location on Main St. I called to explain that I was missing my base and the lady told me it was at the bottom. I asked if I came in could I get a refund she said yes but next time don't order from her location. Long story short my bowl was thrown together and for the amount we pay for the item she could have fixed it better and handled the situation better. I'm not sure if ownership has changed here recently or what. I used to visit a lot haven't been there in a little while went in today and found the service is gone way down. Had a difficult time understanding the young lady. Had a very heavy accent. Okay no problem. But then my drink it wasn't made as I had ordered it. Pointed that out they agreed to make it again great no problem. But again the second time it wasn't done correctly. It's just not what I ordered. At that point one of the workers copped a little attitude and explained they had already done it twice they wouldn't do it again. I threw it in the trash and left. I don't plan to go back... and don't get it twisted I'm not very particular or picky. It's just what they were making was not what I ordered. I specifically order on the app so I can ass extras and double check I'm asking for the right thing but, it never fails that when I order in the afternoon it's not correct. So I went to this Smoothie King for lunch today. I put the straw in to drink my lunch and their is PLASTIC in my smoothie (Throughout the whole damn smoothie). For whatever reason, between the girl who took our order and the guy that made the drinks the orders weren't right. We literally debated about it for a good 2 minutes before I just told my husband to forget about it and just take whatever it was they gave us. I'm not usually one to give in to a wrong order but the line was long and my son was tired from Soccer that day. Usually there is an offer to fix the order or refund it but we didn't get that. ‍. Being a long time customer, I felt compelled to write a review because I don't think this Smoothie King deserves 2.5 stars. I have never had a particularly bad experience here, and they always make my smoothies with consistency. However, I do see where some reviewers are coming from. The customer service here (or at many Smoothie Kings for that matter) is not great by any means, but it isn't bad. Just don't expect to be greeted with a smile every time and you won't have a problem. They're efficient and make good smoothies, which is what they're meant to do. *if you're coming here for something super healthy, check ingredients, sugar levels, and calorie counts because these things add up read more

I went to Smoothie King on 8/31 and bought a 32 oz Vanilla Shredder and got food poisoning. I use to go to this location frequently on my way to work but I will never go again. I never had the vanilla shredder and it had a sour aftertaste. I was so sick with severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea all night. I still feel nauseous and week a day later. Smoothie king is a life saver when you are on the go. If I run errands and want to stay healthy I always come here because their smoothies can easily be a meal replacement. All of the employees are very helpful with making suggestions. My favorite has to be the gladiator smoothie and I get it with chocolate protein, peanut butter and banana which usually comes out to over 40 grams of protein. Also make sure to sign up for emails so you can get coupons for discounted smoothies. read more

This is the typical Smoothie King. The service is good early in the morning. They open at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and have daily specials. The associates are knowledgable about their products but of course your taste buds matter. I have tried all of the protein drinks and have not found one that I like at Smoothie King. I usually will order a regular smoothie and add extra protein. This location carries supplements which are a little pricey and all natural snacks. This place was okay at best. The menu isn't updated at all and the staff is somewhat rude. They don't speak to customers making their establishment welcoming at all and the smoothies thickness or lack thereof is below average. Took the entire basketball team to SK @ Lewisville last weekend. So, we probably spent over a $100 total. I happen to ask for an extra cup for split my elderly mom's smoothie. Guess what? They had the audacity to charge me 39 cents for an extra cup!!! Really, who does that? I told the lady that did not make sense - she didn't relent telling me that they counted cups at the end of the day. That is garbage if I ever heard one. Needless to say, I have told anyone and everyone about this... I can afford 39 cents but at some point, it's the principle that counts. My husband and I went in because we had a coupon for B1G1 free. We decided to get the 32oz. size and were told that they had a special for a free boost w/ the 32 oz. We would not have wanted the boost otherwise, but since it's free, why not? They make our smoothies, and then we pay for them. We had to ask for our credit card receipt, and upon inspection of it, realized we were charged for BOTH boosts in addition to the cost of one smoothie. I didn't even have to say anything, the manager in charge started defending the charges right away, as if she knew why I was going to question the total. Apparently you don't get the boosts for free if you use a coupon. It would have been nice to know that up front!! We told her that we showed the coupon when ordering, and were still told that the boosts would be free. But she refused to be understanding or work with us at all. There was NO flexibility, even when it was their mistake. Product was okay, but the service was VERY RUDE. We will not return to this location EVER. read more
