He went back to tell them that his order was wrong and they argued with him telling him that he never ordered without cheese. I was on the phone when he was at the drive-through so I heard every word of his order. It was no cheese, mustard and ketchup only. Called the store and spoke with the manager that is on tonight 10/21/ 2025 and again he tried to tell me that that was not Jason's order. I explained to him I was on the phone and heard every word. Then he admitted that they did mess up on the order. I asked him if there was an option for us to order the sliders without cheese or if that was not allowed. It was our first time ordering from the store. Instead of answering my question, he kept cutting me off instead of just listening to what I was trying to ask him and kept sticking up for the girl at the drive-through. And kept telling me that she didn't make the mistake we did. The end of it was, he didn't answer my question, worst Customer Service ever, and then he hung up on me. I highly suggest people do not participate in going to small sliders unless you want to be treated like crap. I don't go to other restaurants because of the management and this one just got added to that list. One star for people, not listening to the customer order, management arguing with the customer, and then poorly trained management hanging up on a customer.
