The tea raises your body temp and burns about 100 calories. Then the shake is a meal replacement that's high in protein. So, there you go. As soon as I saw the tagline said a Taiwanese Tea House, I was in! A Taiwanese friend introduced me to milk tea years ago, so I assumed I'd find some authentic flavors at Ding Tea. And yelpers, I did! My first morning in town, I headed straight for Ding Tea after breakfast and ordered a taro milk tea, prepared hot, with medium sweetness.
