The inside is very interesting space wise. There's just one long bench facing the counter and a couple of high top seats facing the window. After 5 minutes, my bowl was done and I took it with me to eat during my lunch break at work. I don't know if it was just the day I went but the to go container looked different than others I have seen from reviews. Mine looked like it was in a soup container you would get at a Chinese restaurant - the kind with a flat lid. Because of that, a lot of the peanut butter and chia seeds stuck to the lid because the lid wasn't curved. Secondly, I ordered the Funky Monkey bowl and it was missing a few ingredients. The bowl is advertised as organic açaí base with granola, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, Nutella, and chia seeds. My bowl was missing the strawberries and Nutella part. Despite all of that, the peanut butter was good and tasted natural. If I ever go back here, I'd probably just go for their smoothies.

The employee took the payment, repeatedly shut the window abruptly, and when she returned with the drink, she handed it out without saying a word. As someone who is loyal to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and recommends it often, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service during this visit. I hope this experience can be addressed so future customers are treated with more kindness and respect.
