This Smoothie King is conveniently within walking distance of an LA Fitness gym, and they're open at relatively the same hours. This makes it pretty convenient to get something quick after a workout. If smoothies and the new acai bowls are too calorie dense for you (their PB Swizzle has 620 calories, 46 g of added sugar, and only 7 g of protein; don't let the berries on top fool you into thinking this is healthy), they also have a small selection of protein powders, protein bars/cookies, and trail mixes. It's a decent selection, and I'll get a Peanut Power Plus when I feel like it. read more

My drink Caribbean Way was really great however the service could have been better. I do understand the young people working at this particular location. I usually never have an issue with this smoothie king as many times I come here. But this morning was the worst experience I've encountered. I am pregnant and can only have certain things at smoothie king. I ordered a PB swizzle 20 minutes before leaving my house (6:20am), I arrived at the store at 6:50am. The young lady stated my order was not ready and proceeded to work on the other orders that she was behind on. I was very respectable asked the young lady does she have an estimate of time when it will be ready and she stated no I do not and proceeded to have an attitude about it. So I asked kindly for a refund as I had an doctors appt for my baby and could not stay until she made the order. I received a notification that my order was completed at 7:00am. So I miss breakfast and was starving until lunch :( read more

I give this smoothie king a zero on top of zero!!!!!!! They have the worst customer service EVER!!!!!! first of all the workers do not look like they want to be at work they looked very tacky with rags on their heads. The lady there was rushing people to order and constantly asking everyone do they want a bowl like girl let the people tell you what they want! Then she proceeded to give everyone orders out of the format that she took the order in! They didn't know who had what messing everyone order up. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location through the app and they were not accommodating at all. I had to call customer service for a refund and reorder at the new location and couldn't use the deals or anything. Overall bad experience and they dont even try to help or be nice. This is the slowest smoothie king I've ever been to. I went twice in one week and both times I waited at least 15 minutes for one smoothie. The first time there was only one person ahead of me. The second time there were a few people already waiting and well, I am still waiting here for my smoothie as I write this review. There are two people working but only one making smoothies. After my previous bad review I was contacted by the franchise owner of this location and he assisted me with getting my Veterans Day smoothie. Unfortunately corporate denied my smoothie because I was just a few hours too late so I really appreciate this and it was delicious. I wish the corporate world was more customer service focused because customers are what keeps everyone in business. I've been coming here for a good while because it's right next to my gym. I will not be coming here anymore. I get people hate when you come in 5 min till close but that doesn't mean you give attitude and shitty service. My shake was barely 3/4 full and was not blended well and when I asked if they put the extra scoop of protein in and didn't get a response until I asked again. This smoothie king is awesome. Mo and Ali are the best they always know what always make great recommendations. I've tried the mango kale, and one with peanut butter both vegan and it was cool. But I tried the passion fruit one a week later and oh yeah! My mouth was soooo happy. The flavor was so nice. Great post workout shake too. read more

Everytime I visit this location I'm constantly disappointed. Either they have one staff person working in the morning, when its busy or They are always out of products such as Bang or Celsius. If it's your biggest seller then make more of an effort to restock and/ or order additional. Terrible customer service experience from a long time customer. I usually go to the smoothie king off of Jones and 1960 but I dropped by to the West and Beltway 8 location to buy a smoothie for my dad. Wonder what happened to the old people who used to work here like Mo and Ali. Used to love the service. Now it's just terrible. If you see Jerry just know you will get below average service. The whole time he acted like he was not happy to provide service. No smile, no greeting and no eye contact the entire time. Then when he was done w/ my smoothie he didn't say anything he just set it on the counter and walked to the back room talking to another employee. New Smoothie King in the neighborhood! It's in the new strip center by the Potbelly, and Chipotle. It's a Smoothie King, so the menu is what you've come to expect. You order at the far register, and then pay when you get your smoothie at the register near the door. It seems a bit inefficient, but I think it may give you time to see all the other snacks and supplements they have to offer, and just maaaybeee you'll want to buy that with your smoothie. The staff hustled to get everyone's drink orders (there were about 6 people waiting), so we only had to wait about 4 minutes for a smoothie. Not too bad. read more
