Smoothie King is amazing for offering free 12 ounce smoothies from time to time. This time they offered a watermelon refresher smoothie. I did not order in advance but my smoothie was ready when I walked in. My app was acting up so they entered my phone number. Very easy process and the smoothie was very good. read more

The service at the establishment was bad. We have been waiting for 40 minutes now. Got zero explanation from the service but it's obvious one person was working the whole place. Still haven't received our smoothie bowls. If you don't have a whole hour to waste listening to the shitty music in the smoothie king store then this isn't the place for you. Insane. A poor amazon worker had to bolt out of the establishment because he was going to be late from how long it took to get his smoothie. i'm not usually a negative nelly but gosh. Smoothie was great though. read more

i come here every once in a while, i don't know how to spell her name so i'll call her T, she's the sweetest, great customer service.

Amazing staff and smoothies! The lady helping me was very helpful and was able to get me exactly what I wanted!

Fast and friendly service. Will come back. Correct order barely had to wait to get my order

I came in to order two açaí bowls, and while I was explaining what I wanted to add to one of them, the employee interrupted me. He used hand gestures and abruptly asked if I wanted anything else before I could even finish speaking. It came across as rude, especially since he could have asked more politely or simply let me finish my order. The interaction made me feel very upset, and I ended up leaving in tears because of how frustrated I felt. read more

I just ordered the Gladiator smoothie from Smoothie King, and it was honestly one of the best shakes I've ever had. The service was awesome, the ambiance was great, and the place was very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for a quality smoothie and excellent customer service. Highly recommend! read more

I came back again from my 1st visit and my 32oz smoothie was just fantastic So I'm here again trying something different they make the BEST smoothies and they are very nice read more

Will definitely come back often to this location They have great customer service. They didn't take long the staff as soon as I walked in greeted me. Hello they were very sweet very accommodating. This is definitely my go to smoothie place. read more

This Smoothie King is conveniently within walking distance of an LA Fitness gym, and they're open at relatively the same hours. This makes it pretty convenient to get something quick after a workout. If smoothies and the new acai bowls are too calorie dense for you (their PB Swizzle has 620 calories, 46 g of added sugar, and only 7 g of protein; don't let the berries on top fool you into thinking this is healthy), they also have a small selection of protein powders, protein bars/cookies, and trail mixes. It's a decent selection, and I'll get a Peanut Power Plus when I feel like it. read more

My drink Caribbean Way was really great however the service could have been better. I do understand the young people working at this particular location. They are trying but again the service was not so great. I gave 4 stars because my drink was made really well. The store starts clean and cool. read more

Great customer service and nice staff will definitely come back to this location more often

I usually never have an issue with this smoothie king as many times I come here. But this morning was the worst experience I've encountered. I am pregnant and can only have certain things at smoothie king. I ordered a PB swizzle 20 minutes before leaving my house (6:20am), I arrived at the store at 6:50am. The young lady stated my order was not ready and proceeded to work on the other orders that she was behind on. I was very respectable asked the young lady does she have an estimate of time when it will be ready and she stated no I do not and proceeded to have an attitude about it. So I asked kindly for a refund as I had an doctors appt for my baby and could not stay until she made the order. I received a notification that my order was completed at 7:00am. So I miss breakfast and was starving until lunch :( read more

I give this smoothie king a zero on top of zero!!!!!!! They have the worst customer service EVER!!!!!! first of all the workers do not look like they want to be at work they looked very tacky with rags on their heads. The lady there was rushing people to order and constantly asking everyone do they want a bowl like girl let the people tell you what they want! Then she proceeded to give everyone orders out of the format that she took the order in! They didn't know who had what messing everyone order up. This is by far the worst smoothie king the management Team need to do a better job at who they hire and who represent their establishment. It was horrible ‍ read more

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location through the app and they were not accommodating at all. I had to call customer service for a refund and reorder at the new location and couldn't use the deals or anything. Overall bad experience and they dont even try to help or be nice. I ended up leaving without a smoothie. oh well :( read more

They were quick and very helpful! So good and clean environment! I love this Smoothie King location

Overall friendly and good. However, I find it weird the drinks are made by a guy shaking dreads over the mixer while adding ingredients to the mixer? read more

This is the slowest smoothie king I've ever been to. I went twice in one week and both times I waited at least 15 minutes for one smoothie. The first time there was only one person ahead of me. The second time there were a few people already waiting and well, I am still waiting here for my smoothie as I write this review. There are two people working but only one making smoothies. Would not recommend coming here unless you have a lot of time to wait. read more

After my previous bad review I was contacted by the franchise owner of this location and he assisted me with getting my Veterans Day smoothie. Unfortunately corporate denied my smoothie because I was just a few hours too late so I really appreciate this and it was delicious. I wish the corporate world was more customer service focused because customers are what keeps everyone in business. Better advertisement would have avoided my issue with not knowing about the Veterans Day smoothie until too late. read more

Not the best smoothie king out here I tell you that much The staff seems to have horrible temper and attitude they seem to not want to help the customer and do their jobs. It took them 15 mins to do a smoothie when their was only 5 people in the whole store. read more

This Smoothie King is great! The employees are so nice, and they actually make sure that your smoothie taste good, unlike other locations that have the Smoothie tasting like straight ice. I appreciate this as this is normally my breakfast in the morning. Keep up the great work guys! Matthew Jesse and Krista are my faves here they are the best smoothie makers! read more

I've been coming here for a good while because it's right next to my gym. I will not be coming here anymore. I get people hate when you come in 5 min till close but that doesn't mean you give attitude and shitty service. My shake was barely 3/4 full and was not blended well and when I asked if they put the extra scoop of protein in and didn't get a response until I asked again. If you hate your job learn a trade and get a real job. read more

This smoothie king is awesome. Mo and Ali are the best they always know what always make great recommendations. I've tried the mango kale, and one with peanut butter both vegan and it was cool. Super super slow......you can order and then next door and get take out at Chipotle and still wait. Used to come here all the time now it's only if I have no other choice from working out. Thumbs down read more

I love smoothie king but they wouldn't let me order 15 minutes before the closing time. I'm so disappointed in this service & I expect better from a reputable place such as smoothie king. I downloaded yelp solely to make this review. I hope that this does not fall on deaf ears read more

Best smoothies around! Staff is friendly and store is clean. Definitely a go to for a healthy option during a busy day.

The staff is super sweet and friendly! They're always smiling and know my order when I walk through the door! Excellent customer service :) keep up the good work guys ! read more

Everytime I visit this location I'm constantly disappointed. Either they have one staff person working in the morning, when its busy or They are always out of products such as Bang or Celsius. If it's your biggest seller then make more of an effort to restock and/ or order additional. Its annoying that I live across the street but have to locate another smoothie king in the area to get what I need. I'll never visit this location again. Today was my last time and the staff had the nerve to be rude to me when I walked in. What great customer service read more

Terrible customer service experience from a long time customer. I usually go to the smoothie king off of Jones and 1960 but I dropped by to the West and Beltway 8 location to buy a smoothie for my dad. The two women with buns behind the counter were as passive-aggressive and rude as can be. They were absolutely so rude to all of their customers today. Will not be back. read more
