I'm not a fan of strong tart flavor so however they made the base is on point for me. However, as I read through the reviews.. I do agree the ratio of the açaí base vs the fruits was like 80/20 to me. Even though I did enjoy the açaí bowl and fresh fruits, added coconut and granola with honey,,, and based on the cost , I should have had more fruits added and less of the base ,,, I would have settled for 60/40!!! And what happened to my peanut butter,,, I could not even taste it ... because there was none!!!! OMG. I do love the decoration and how clean it was. Smelled good as I entered the place. I love how the place had live plants added bonus to the freshness scent. I'm NOT dissatisfied... I'd come back and ask for extra peanut butter for sure , since I did not get any on my first order. Lady who assisted was nice. But my peanut butter though. lol. I still give it a 4 star coz I did enjoy my bowl and my husband liked his smoothie.

I spoke with an employee by the name of Keyshawna and she told me that she did make the order because yesterday was so busy that they didn't see the updated cancelation until the end of the day. Be very careful and monitor your transactions closely…read more I used my credit card at this location twice on 7/16/2026, and shortly afterward, my credit card information was used for unauthorized online purchases. I did not use my card anywhere else, which is why I reached out to the company to report my concerns. I contacted corporate and provided a very detailed email explaining the situation, including the dates, amounts, and order numbers associated with my transactions. Unfortunately, I do not feel that my concern was taken seriously. Their response stated that they had "successfully located and issued a refund for that double charge." However, I never reported a double charge or said that I was charged twice for the same transaction. My concern was that my credit card information may have been compromised and used for unauthorized purchases. The response I received did not address the actual issue I reported and appears to have misunderstood my detailed explanation. Please be cautious, monitor your credit card transactions carefully, and report any unauthorized activity to your bank or credit card company immediately.

My best friend went inside to ask for help on my behalf. The owner listened carefully to what I was experiencing and immediately suggested an electrolyte drink. She then personally prepared the most delicious fresh ginger, lemon, and honey tea -- crafted with such intention, warmth, and care. At her suggestion, and after she completed making everything, my friend brought it out to the car so I could begin feeling relief right away. Her compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism are truly unmatched. It's rare to encounter someone who serves so wholeheartedly, and her actions made it clear that she is in a league of her own. Even without meeting me face-to-face, her kindness and genuine concern for my well-being were unmistakable. I am incredibly grateful for the care she extended to me. It was more of that "I'll smile in your face while completely ignoring what you asked for" type of customer service. I didn't realize how badly my order had been messed up until I actually got it and saw what I was given. Missing items, wrong items, things I specifically asked for not being included... like how does an order get THIS wrong? And that's what really irritated me -- because if you're going to make a mistake, at least own it and fix it. Instead, I'm left finding out afterward that apparently nobody was paying attention when my order was being made. The food honestly wasn't worth the money or the frustration. After asking her to remake it she told the other server and said here you remake it I'm not remaking it. The other lady stepped in and remade it on a clean tray no problem, but the 1st lady was arguing with me when the tray clearly had another flavor still leftover from her previous roll. Our new server had immediately wiped off her tray without begin asked after making my order. So it was disheartening that our 1st server didn't wipe ours off.
