Some people knock this place for bad staff but mine were nice and didn't not seem like they wanted to be there, if that makes sense. The smoothies and the chocolate covered cashews you can never go wrong with! read more

I love the smoothies they are amazing!!! The staff is always super friendly they keep up a great atmosphere in there always welcoming. Kinda busy due to the location but always in and out. read more

The young man who took care of me , Elijah, took my order wearing gloves, gave me my change wearing gloves, and made my food with the same gloves he had on. This location seems to just hire anybody and that just shows how poor the management is here. read more

I am so disappointed in smoothie king, I've only gone twice, but both times I was greeted with a rude employee (the same one). I mean eyes rolling, ignoring me when I walked in and not being helpful. Even though... I was the only one there. I'm trying to show grace during covid19, but at the same time, rudeness is not acceptable. UPDATE!!! The manager is new and is really working to change the culture. We will be back and support her. read more

I had just finished bible study at home and came to Smoothie King to get a refreshing drink I ordered from the app. When I arrived at the store I noticed Psalms 23 was written on the cup, right next to my name. It made me smile inside and out to know that the guy who made my drink is a believer. What a wonderful experience and the smoothie tasted great! Thank you! read more

Store atmosphere is nice and clean, workers were friendly and had good service but the smoothies they made us tasted awful. My banana boat smoothie tasted like ice water. read more

Nothing makes this establishment stands out. The area is clean and there is never a wait. The service is what you would expect and the smoothies are nothing special. The employees are fine. I have no problem coming here. I wouldn't go out of way either. read more

Came to smoothie king because our hotel was right in the area. I got the largest size of Angel Cake with 3 enhancers hoping to last me a 15 hour shift and to my surprise, it did! read more

The customer service here is fantastic. Key and Steve will order your order perfectly. Please visit this place! read more

It's a smoothie king, it's almost hard to mess the smoothie recipes up. I didn't like having to wait 10 minutes for my passion fruit smoothie though... It's almost as bad of a wait as Starbucks. To be fair there was only one person working the store, she was great! read more

If you want an overpriced smoothie, this is your place. We love this location for Smoothie King as it is 'on the way' for us as we go on our adventures. I like I am giving the kiddos a healthy option for a snack. The employees are friendly. I have always received my smoothie quickly and they are always delicious. Craving a delicious, healthy snack or meal replacement, Smoothie King is your place. read more

This place is right down the street from where I work and its UH-Mazing! When I am having a rough day at work and I need a pick me upper this is the place to go! They have a good variety of smoothies and I recommend Angel Food or Almond Mocha. I go around 1pm and there is usually NO line. I call ahead sometimes to get it and go, and yes its ready when I get there. I believe they have a number you can text orders to, but I lost it somewhere. If I find it, I will post on here. The night manager should not allow one of her employees have her girlfriend in the place of business during working hours. The employee pays more attention to her girlfriend than the customer. It can't be that good that they can't wait to get home. Kids these days. read more

For the most part I get pretty consistent service. They are usually pretty quick and I am in and out in less than a few minutes. Their smoothies are pretty good, and don't taste too sugary, which I appreciate. read more

My first time here. I had the Lean1 chocolate meal replacement smoothie! Pretty good!! I even added peanut butter! There are plenty of options for everyone. read more

I always frequent the smoothie king in Mansfield and Grand Prairie but I was in the area and decided to try this location. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered Angel Food with extra banana and extra strawberry and I still can't barely taste it. Never going to this location again. Everything should be pre measured so I don't know how you can have the same ingredients, same equipment, and still screw it up that bad! Huge disappointment! read more

This review will be quick. I'm giving this smoothie king 5 stars because despite the catastrophe that ensued, the young man working held it together the best way possible and made the best of a terrible situation. This past Saturday I dropped by in hopes of grabbing my new favorite Vegan Spinach Pineapple smoothie (love in a cup) on my way home. This location is very close to the American airlines headquarters so I'm sure on the weekend they cut staff as there's not as much traffic on the weekend. This particular afternoon there was only one worker there. Again, I'm not sure if that's normal operations for the weekend or if someone just didn't show up but the young man was visibly stressed as they were BUSY. He was taking orders, mixing smoothies, ringing people up, answering phones, taking internet orders. I mean, this young man was WORKING. LOL. He could have easily had an attitude and let the situation affect his responses, but he didn't. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars. My smoothie was the bomb, I had to wait a few extra minutes for it and normally I would've been agitated but today I wasn't because I felt for the young man just trying to do his job. Thank you for my smoothie, I enjoyed it all the way home lol! read more

Smoothies are good. However, when you walk into a place of business you want to see smiles and be greeted. At least I do. The two guys that where there today where the unhappiest people I've seen! Not a word from them! They took their sweet time making them and didn't seem to care! If you don't like your job find a new one! We waited 10-15 mins for 3 smoothies. Nothing special either. read more

Tried ordering a smoothie that had Almond Milk and needed it substituted for Coconut because I can't have almond milk. You tell me I can substitute it for Non milk or protein . But not coconut water. That's dumbest shxt ever. I'm a paying customer I should be able to get my order how I want with having to pay extra and still get what I don't want. Just lost a customer read more

The wait time is quick. The staff is friendly, and offer great suggestions on different takes for smoothies. I go in there a couple times a week and have never had an issue. There's a guy in there (forgot his name), but he always has a great attitude, which makes the experience so much better. read more

Don't know what is it about this place, sometimes my Lean One Vanilla is very good and other times it is bad. Went there on Friday, October 7 and it was real bad - tasted watered down, no flavor and it also tasted like they forgot to add the almonds. On one occasion it was so tasteless I returned it and the manager re-made it for me and then it was great - this was around March/April of this year. So, since the one on my last visit was so bad, I'm done. I will not purchase another smoothie from this store. There's a SK in South Arlington that always gets my Lean One right so I'll visit that store if I simply must have a smoothie. read more
