My smoothie was great; Greek Yogurt, Pineapple/Mango with Greek yogurt. Service is solid, and the space is clean. There is nowhere to sit inside though...but tables outside? It's 40 degrees out and our drinks our frozen. I also feel that that prices here are reasonable. read more

I love Smoothie King, but again, why is it that the workers always have AirPod on and they could never hear anything you saying ?

Sent my partner on the look out for a smoothie spot and came across this one. I opted for the Island Impact (no protein) and he got the Lemon Twist strawberry. The lemon twist strawberry was a little too tart for me but still very refreshing. The island impact was perfectly sweet and delicious. I will say though the drinks did not hold their smoothie like texture like other joints I have been too. It turned into slush rather quickly. read more

When Smoothie King opened in Rye years ago it was nice to find a place that had a clear mission. No junk food no snacks just smoothies and related items. They had a fun staff. No one there tried to push any additions but they did make recommendations. When you asked about certain add ons and what the were going to do you got a straight answer. When you have limited time for a sit down lunch one of their Hulk or Activator smoothies would definitely suffice and hold you over for a good 4 - 6 hours. Sadly though the Rye location closed so I then had to make the pilgrimage to Dobbs Ferry. If you blink you drive right past the store. The staff was not as fun as Rye but hey they did their job. Now if we can just get a location closer to me! read more

Hubby picked up a couple of smoothies for babes and I. They were decent. I would have preferred more peanut butter in my Protein Banana smoothies but the consistency was bomb. It was like a milkshake and the addition of the almonds was a nice touch. I wouldn't mind ordering in person to see if I get something closer to what I was looking for. Babes loved her Berry kids smoothie. It has vitamins in is which is nice. Both smoothies were in good shape when they got home, considering they had about a 20 minute drive to get here. I would definitely try them out again. No pics because I was starved by the time we got them. read more

Not every one makes the best smoothie but they're rather consistently good. The great part about them is if you accidentally pay for an order online and show up and another one, they tend to honor it. They're always polite and nice. I've never had a bad experience at any smoothie king I've gone to. read more

I had to place my order outside of the store so I ended up downloading the app. The app was easy to navigate so ordering was smooth. I walked into the store a minute before my smoothies were set to be ready but the guys behind the counter had already made them. The smoothies were delicious! Thank you! read more

I ordered two smoothies totaling over $45, and never received them. I am unable to rate the food, so I'll just rate the service.

Love this place! I come here all the time for their amazing smoothies and snacks. My favorite is the Pineapple Pleasure smoothie. They have great granola and cookies too! Their service is friendly and fast too. I'll definitely be back! read more

I love visiting the Smoothie King - Dobbs Ferry location! For 1, immediately when I walk into the store, I am greeted by multiple staff members. Sales Rep, Damea, and Store Manager, Joe, are both so friendly and welcoming. They make me feel like a valued customer every day. What a wonderful feeling! I've been visiting this location daily for the past 3 years and I am never unsatisfied. If my order is not to my expectations (which is rare btw), the Smoothie King staff are always happy to help and make it right. If you are in a rush, it's always great to order on Smoothie Kings app. You'll gain points, discounts, and rewards... But the best part is, you'll successfully skip the line during those awesome summer days when Smoothie King's line is out the door. ;) read more

It's a 20 minute drive for Very slow service even if you order ahead ,but worth the wait, they need more staff they are hiring .

I am a veteran to smoothie king. So I'm no stranger to the franchise. Placed an order online for pick up, but the drink was almost forgotten about, and was made on the spot. Smoothie was really sweet, not sure if this is normal but hey! I drank it anyway. This was definitely a great treat after the gym. read more

The smoothies here are huge! A small is only about $5 and is the same size as a large at most other smoothie spots. Smoothie King's large is excessively large. I wouldn't be surprised if groups of four share it. I had the Caribbean Way smoothie. It was simple and delicious! Great consistency. The service was fast and friendly; our smoothie was ready in two minutes. read more

I stop in occasionally before work and my smoothie is always made quickly. I can't stay I've ever had a bad experience. The employee that usually makes my smoothie is polite and efficient. read more

The smoothies are great. It's the service that is TERRIBLE. it's always 1or 2 burnout kids that are so slow, they should be going in reverse. Even if you order ahead, you're going to wait. Never the same person twice, the turn over is high. read more

I got very sick right after finishing my smoothie, likely due to cross contamination. Also disappointing to see the owner not wearing his mask properly... used to be a frequent customer...will not return. read more

I love this place. I go back and forth between the Vegan Mango Kale and the Nutty Supergrain. I am glad they have Vegan options and the best is they use Sun Warrior brand protein so you know the quality is good. Sometimes its busy and there is a wait but well worth it, also the reason i got the Smoothie King app so i can order ahead. The staff is always friendly and the store is nice and clean. read more

Smoothie King! King of the Smoothies, lord of fruits, provider of supplement based health, and the greatest liar that ever graced the booster screen. Well, when I mean "lie," I just mean that they tend to put more sugar in their delectable smoothies than they should be doing. Their smoothies aren't fattening just because of the sugar, though - they are healthier than let's say ... uh. A soda? A loaded energy drink? A cup of lard? They aren't "fattening" at all, in fact. If you want one of their truly healthful smoothies, order a low sugar smoothie. It's not super healthy, but it's healthy, alright. By the way, if you just drink these things and NOT work out, you'll just end up gaining more weight. That's why there's a NYSC above this place. Convenient placing, folks. I would recommend the muscle punch (a protein chalked shake with a fruity taste to it), the hulk (ordering these piss off the workers so much), or a raspberry collider (who comes up with these ridiculous names?). I also tried the wheat protein grass, which is a natural supplement that tastes like dirt, but has a loaded amount of protein in ounce sized shots. You could also sip a hearty styrofoam cup of blackberry dream (loaded with tiny, yet crunchy berry seeds) or a refreshing chalice of heavenly angel food (not actually food). If you don't like any of their smoothies, you can buy one of those big jars full of powder to bulk up. With their wide selection of body enhancing products, you can be just like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Fergie in no time! (just keep it low on the sugar). There's a bunch of protein bars for those who refuse to chew liquid awesomeness. If Kevin is there, you're in luck. read more

Waited 20 mins, only 4 people ahead of me - not really clear why the delay. 2 drinks were returned but I waited patiently to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was my first time and then the smoothie sucked - watery and flavorless but it has peanut butter, chocolate and I asked for strawberries. The kid making the smoothies looked like he hated his job, no customer service skills in the slightest. Unfortunate, right next to my gym and I would've loved to grab a protein shake after a few times a week. I'm going to give that a hard pass. read more

Great place! Tons of yummy and healthy smoothies and treats. Will be back! We had 2 Lil Angels and 1 Original Protein. The best!

There is a large amount of available parking here. Other than this, everything about the location is negative. The employees are lackadaisical and refuse to **accept coupons**. I wish that this location as well as the location in Rye had a different owner who was better at hiring friendly and attentive employees and who accepted coupons issued by Smoothie King. read more

This is not my first visit to Smoothie King. It's one of my daughter's all time fav's, so every time I head down the SMRP, I jump off, grab a smoothie and continue on my way. Today, I have to say I'm a little disappointed. I tend to order a Blueberry whatever, so I don't always pay attention to the details. Order up, jump in the car and off I go. Somewhere around Yonkers, I notice 1) a chemically type aftertaste, usually a result of some artificial sweetener, and 2) a somewhat "musty" smell/taste, which doesn't appear to be related to #1, but who knows. Bottom line, 2 stars and I'll definitely pay more attention to the ingredients next time I stop in. P.S. Place is clean and the help is friendly...no complaints on either of those fronts. read more

I am 100% convinced that whoever runs this location DOES NOT vet the kids that are hired to work here. I literally watched a girl that works there walk up to the register and just stare at a customer until they said something. She had a bad attitude, and this isn't the first time I've noticed unacceptable service at this location. Rude. Like the smoothies, hate the service. read more

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND AVOID THIS PLACE! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Not only did I get sick almost immediately after my smoothie, but none of the help were wearing masks. Please go elsewhere and enjoy your smoothie without worrying about getting sick. Run! read more

Great Smoothie King! I started coming here in the morning before work (I'm a preschool teacher) trying for healthier options instead of coffee and energy drinks and this place has become my new go-to. Clean, no BS smoothies and fantastic upbeat employees. I usually get the Strawberry Banana treat which is a good, tasty drinkable breakfast and provides healthier energy. Prices may seem a little expensive at first but considering the very large cups you get they're not bad at all. I usually get a small or medium if I missed breakfast or a small as an afternoon lunch break snack. Venue is clean, very well managed and staff is full of hopeful, uphard working and adorable college kids. read more

Solid smoothies. Still cold when received from DoorDash. It's smoothie king, it's not groundbreaking stuff but it does what it's expected to pretty well so there's not much more I can ask. read more

All hail the Smoothie King! How blessed am I to have such a delicious smoothie joint so close to home! This place will be my new fave go-to for smoothies from this point forth. Definitely recommend the pineapple mango blend with Greek yogurt based ! So delightful & reasonable pricing for a large size smoothie in comparison to the obnoxious prices I've experienced elsewhere. It is just the perfect amount of vitamins and protein boost for the day to keep me running! read more

Avoid this place! Terrible, watery "smoothies," rude, incompetent staff. You're better off making your own at home.

I love smoothie king, much more than Robeks honestly. But! I've sat outside this establishment several mornings (this morning until 7:16am) waiting for them to open. Of course, I will continue to go there because their smoothies are good! read more

I love the banana boat with stevia. It's such a treat especially when I have a sweet tooth!! I even added peanut butter for flavor too. I like this smoothie so much I haven't even tried anything else in this place. read more

I like how they have parking. Not so many people go here so there's no line. It's a different register where you order and where you pay. You can customize your smoothie and the employees were nice and accommodating. The small size looks medium, I hope they can make a smaller size maybe extra small? read more

Smoothie King itself is great. At this location, I've never had a bad shake, however it seems every time I come here I'm met by a young worker who is having a bad day. This one younger male with a goatee is always on his phone, never replies when I say "Hey, how's it going?" when walking in, doesn't even look at you- pretty much just miserable. By the time I order, I can't wait to get out of here. Feel like I was just at a funeral. Is it too much to get a smile and a hello from a server? Newsflash guy, you're in customer service- you make drinks for people, not robots. There are many worse jobs out there than working at smoothie king. I try to go to the one in Ridge Hill now, but every now and again get stuck going to this one in Dobbs Ferry and dread it. read more

A few months ago both of our smoothies we're so bad. Maybe the kid was new. We didn't realize till we were already driving off. Barely any peanut butter and tasted very gritty and tasteless. Usually isn't that bad. read more

Probably not healthier for you than going home and making your own smoothies from scratch but I will continue to treat myself once in an while to a Chocolate Peanut Power Plus. Location is right next to a GNC, Starbucks, NYSC, and alongside the Saw Mill Parkway which is convenient. Store is clean, and staff is nice. A bit pricey for a smoothie though, I bought a medium smoothie and a small bag of Popchips last week and it came to $10. read more

I'll agree with many of the comments that state the staff here is not friendly, but other than that I've never had an issue. The service is pretty fast and I never seem to have to wait on a line after my gym routine. Also, I almost only go when I have a coupon and I have never been turned away or told it would not be accepted. There is a massive construction project going on around this location so getting in and out can be a bit of an ordeal. Lastly I've noticed prices rising since I first started going here. read more

This is the best place , all flavor"s are amazing , honestly I've been juicing for 10 years and I love it , The mixtures are so healthy for you And even kids love them , and they don't realize there are veggies in them What can I say about the staff , very courteous , informative , fun , The place is spotless and a joy to go to I am grateful they are there . Besides smoothies , they have many other healthy enjoyable treats for you You must go , I promise you will not be disappointed . read more
