I came in the store and workers were loud and arguing. I come here all the time and it's never like this. It's what some would call ghetto. One worker was trying to take control and calm the situation down while handling me very respectfully. She also works there every time I come. But she sent them to the back and was able to handle my orders and drive through within minutes. But I am disappointed this my favorite place read more

While ordering I sat in drive through for 30 minutes, several workers were loudly arguing, creating a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. It was uncomfortable and made the experience unpleasant. Thankfully, one female employee stepped in, helped me out, and made a great smoothie--but overall, there was just too much going on. read more

I ordered the angel food with no turbinado the young man offered to swap turbinado for another add in me and my mom picked collagen. I returned days later to order it the same way with collagen (no turbinado) the older lady told me they couldn't do that. She told me they do an audit and take the add ins out of their checks. She said someone young must've done that. I'm just asking for consistent policies across the board young and old what is the company policy this & the vibe she gave really ruined my day I'm really not sure about patronizing this location moving forward. read more

My husband likes to go here and told me about the Friday special. On Friday's certain smoothies are $5, and others are $6. I chose a $6 smoothie which said it served as a meal replacement. The smoothie was very very good! It had strawberries and a protein powder in it. I look forward to coming back again. Also, the store is seriously clean. I mean you can smell the bleach. This is a huge plus as I am a stickler for cleanliness. Service was great as well. read more

The staff has TERRIBLE attitudes! The cashier tried to double charge me for a smoothie I paid for via the app! Thank goodness the app displayed my receipt! No wonder no one goes inside this location and goes for the drive-thru! Replace the staff with friendly people! read more

Terrible service. I ordered the pure recharge strawberry and it came back an unusual color and odd-tasting. I go back to get a remake, and Amiri (the young man working) is telling me it's supposed to be like that. After explaining to him I've gotten the drink countless times and this one is an outlier AND showing him a pic from the smoothie king website, he's telling me I'm wrong and what I ordered is supposed to look like that. I ask again if he could remake it and he tells me it's gonna take a while. Why? Because they only have two people working at a snail pace with 20 tickets lined up. Just irritated chile - terrible experience. Didn't even want the smoothie anymore and just threw it away. read more

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received at the drive-thru. We waited in line for a little over 45 minutes, only to be told that they were "severely understaffed" and that we would need to wait even longer because they had to re-prep. It was 6:45 PM! We find this unacceptable and will not be returning to this location again. read more

Stopped into this Smoothie King today, which was my first visit at a Smoothie King period. They have so many varieties that it' was overwhelming and it took some time for me to decide what I wanted and fortunately there wasn't anyone else waiting to place an order. The cashier who was probably the manager waited patiently at the register until I decided what I wanted. I knew I wanted something green with kale or spinach and choose the pineapple spinach under the vegan category, probably because it was the first one and it had spinach and it was good to the last drop. Place is bright and clean, but can't understand why do they not have a few tables for customers who would want to drink in. I enjoyed my smoothie in the park. I can see doing this place 2 or 3 times a week easily and already know which green one that I will try next time. read more

The service is terrible I've been to this location about 4 times now. There are a bunch of children that work there and there seems to be no adult supervision vision. They stand around play, talk and yell but no work is being done. Who ever owns this place should watch their camera and realize their sale would increase with quicker and better service they are def losing money. read more

Smoothies not ready from online order times , then get unblended smoothie from upset employee. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!

I went into smoothie king quite late at night and requested the festive cherry, they were out of cherry but the employee Kiera was able to help me come to a helpful resolution. Not to mention she was very patient and also helped me answer questions about the app. She made me change my mind about the many negative reviews on the location. read more

Always great service when I'm here, they make sure your order is right the first time. I'm glad they have this location so close by to where I'm staying bc I come here daily :) read more

Smoothie King - waiting in line because it's worth the wait - Health Markets Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

This is definitely the worst smoothie king I have ever been to ! I came 3 days ago and I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes being only the 3rd car in the line. Today I come and it is 8am and nobody is in the building to open. Two Smoothie king workers came straggling in after 8am with no care in the world. Waited patiently outside for them to get situated and unlock the door , just to find out at 8:24 that they're drive thru only . Oh to put the icing on the cake, at 8:18a a woman walks to the door and unlocks it and walks in so she had to be the owner. She also did not care that her business was running behind. read more

1/7/2020 FINALLY!!! A very well deserved 5 Star Review!!! This store should be very proud! customer service was sweet and cleanliness is awesome!!! Okay Smoothie King Ladies!! I see Y'all in there slaying it!! From the very bottom of my heart and 32oz cup, THANK YOU!! UPDATED REVIEW 2/16/2020 So, I've gone to this location 2 other times since my last review and both encounters were flawless. Today's trip made me realize I needed to make an addition, not only were the ladies amazing but the gentleman were super pleasant hosts. They were prompt and professional! Great job guys! My BF saids todays smoothie has been the best!! Overall This place continues to be my "go-to" smoothie joint. Once again, Thank you Smoothie King Flat Shoals Team! read more

Always have an attitude in the morning. Maybe because it's busy, but if that's the case, maybe we need to find another job or hire more employees. With that being said, I will go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe across the street. They're always nice. read more

This location is the absolute slowest location I have ever patronized. Inside or in drive-thru, they just move super slowly. It's ridiculous. They either need more employees or more blenders; please. The quality of the smoothies is exceptional and the employees are always kind and polite. The location is clean and they are observing social distancing; only allowing 5 guests in at a time. All employees were wearing masks too. I waited over an hour in the drive-thru line today for two smoothies. That is unacceptable and ridiculous. The quality of the product is what keeps me coming back, but good Lord.....please do something to make the wait less time consuming for your customers. The new mint ginger smoothie tastes amazing. I have never had a bad smoothie from this location and I have watched them make smoothies when I'm inside. You see the fresh ingredients being added to each smoothie. Again, my only issue is the wait. When you go, just know you will get an awesome smoothie, but you will have to wait for it. read more

I will never return to this smoothie king. I had stopped going because my vegan mango kale started tasting different at this location only, but this morning takes the cake. I never ask for an additional cup, but today did simply because of my white shirt and the smoothie was spilling over. I placed my cup in a large cup and they were like you can't do that. I get not doing it all the time, but one time. That is customer service. If I had been on another side of town this would not have happened. I don't live on this side of town, but work on this side so it doesn't impact me that bad. I try to support businesses, but never again at this location. I love smoothie king. read more

I literally go to this location daily!! I'm an fitness instructor and I LOVE the chocolate Gladiator with strawberries and peanut butter. This location is very convenient to my house, but employees are very ghetto... I went thru the drive thru and had questions so I pulled to the window. First, I waited a long time before getting anyone then someone yelled that I have to order at speaker.. Unprofessional isn't even the word... So someone else finally came and apologize for the other person.. I asked about diet down and they told me if someone wants diet down they just give them whey protein.. I ended up leaving and going to the one on turner hill in lithonia read more

Very Bad service. Is it illegal to smile? I will walk in and the servers are all 3 talking and ignoring me as I wait to order. This location never opens on time. One morning they had me and 4 other customers waiting nearly 30 minutes. Do they even know what open at 8am means? read more

The worst smoothie king, the drive through literally takes 15 min. I don't know if they're short staffed but the service is literally always slow. They are also often out of a lot of ingredients for smoothies and you have to supplement for something else . read more

I love this store!!! They are always respectful & pleasant and usually know what I want before I order! Keep up the good work!

Oh my god the smoothies here are fan-fucking-tastic. Everyone who complains about this particular Smoothie King are either old, bitter, stuck-up, boujie, and have no customer etiquette. The employees are funny, and i leave in tears because they are goofy. I always get what i want and the little sample cups are so cute. Don't knock this location and if you do, ask yourself, "was your experience really that bad" read more

I recently went there to get a smoothie. As soon as I walked in the door there is a very odd order in the entire place. To make the experience even worse, the customer attentiveness was lacking, compared to other smoothie kings I frequent. Doubt I'll ever go back to this one. But I hope they improve based on this feedback. read more

When I attempted to place an order, I was told that several ingredients were not available or that certain menu items had been discontinued. This was not a problem because the young man informing me of these changes was very patient and polite. The problem occurred when I reached the drive-thru window. Instead of greeting me, a female employee glared at me and then told the young man making my smoothies to "hurry up so this lady can stop staring at me like she crazy." When I brought her behavior to the manager's attention he seemed appalled and said that he would speak to her about her poor customer service. Regardless of what action he takes, I will never purchase anything from this location again. She seems like the type to put something extra and undesirable into your cup. This was even more ridiculous than the time that my son accidentally dropped his smoothie before he even took a sip and I had to pay to replace it even though we had not even stepped away from the counter. read more
