Love this location! Easily visible and accessible from the interstate. The drive thru didn't take long to go through and the workers were extremely helpful and kind as I tried to find the best options to meet my dietary needs. The smoothies are always what's expected! This was my first time here today and I will not be back. I got a smoothie and the lady over drive thru offered to add frozen yogurt to "make it more creamy and less icy" so I said yes. I was watching her blend it and she took it out, shook it, then blended it again. My smoothie tasted very crunchy and I couldn't even drink it through the straw. I love the online ordering. They are always quick and efficient, and I always look forward to my next smoothie.

When I got to the speaker to order, a male promptly told me that they would be right with me. A female then came over the speaker and asked if it was online or order. I told her I needed to order. She told me to go ahead, then proceeded to yell something to another employee in the store, which went over the speaker very loudly. When I tried to order, she asked me to speak up. I leaned all the way out of the window and asked if they did. It have the Peach Slice Plus anymore? She asked if I said a kiwi slice. I told her Nevermind, just give me an Angel Food. we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting on 2 smoothies. we were the only customers here. when we get out the car to look inside and see whats taking so long no one was there. one person cane from the back and asked if i was picking up a online order and i said no we are outside and she said ok and went back into the back. this is the second time ive been here and the second time this has happened. we then go inside and ask them and they said they forgot about us. as we sat in the drive through. the second we placed our order is the second they should be making our smoothies and such concidering we were the only people there. this is so infuriating and unaccepable. never again are we going back to one of these locations‍. read more

I don't understand why this business refuses to take orders before they close the store. If you need to close to clean then alter your hours of operation instead of listing that you're open till 9 and refuse orders that come in close to closing time. I've worked at a smoothie shop before and ten minutes is enough time to make a smoothie and clean up the work space. read more
