Stopped into Smoothie King today and ordered the Power Punch Plus (with a whey protein boost, because obviously I'm training for the Olympics... or at least trying to make it through the week). It was delicious--light, refreshing, and kept me full for hours. The real gold medalist though, was the woman working behind the counter. She greeted me with a big smile and was just plain delightful. Now here's where I come in... I managed to spill part of my smoothie right there on the counter (graceful, I know). I tried to clean it up, but she insisted she had it covered--still smiling the whole time. Then, to top it off, she actually replaced the smoothie I'd spilled. Who does that anymore?! Friendly, helpful, and patient with clumsy customers like me. I'll definitely be back--next time with a tighter grip! read more

I love smoothie king and enjoy there upgrade fridays but what I didn't enjoy was the attitude of the employees at this location. I came at about 4pm. One of the girls didn't even great me or have a welcoming approach. I had to literally stare at her to see of she ould acknowledge me. When she did she proceeded with you ready. Not hello welcome or anything. It was like I was doing her a favor. Then while I was waiting for my order the other girl yells caribeean way and I ordered that and the lemon strawberry. I asked her to show me the difference so I can distribute them properly and she states honestly I don't know. Like what did you want your guest to do guess. After all that she told me the wrong one so someone drank my order and I don't drink after ppl. So I had to throw it away. I was disappointed in this experience. And the wasting of my money read more

I went today for the offer the have in the board which says 50% off Bowls on Fridays. Well, they did not want to give it to me, knew how that works, or give me a nice explanation. Fake advertising, they did not give me the 50% off even though they have it posted in their store and I asked for it. read more

I come here all the time and the staff is the most friendly to their regulars and very fast service love them :3

I was in the area and I've actually never been in a smoothie king before and thought this would be a great opportunity to try it out. There whole thing is healthy smoothies, so anything from giving you energy, helping burn fat, keto, or just something for to start your day, they have it. The prices are bad considering a small is 20 ounces, you get a lot for what you pay for. I got one of the coffee smoothies, it was mixed with bananas and other things. I honestly didn't taste any coffee in it, the banana was super overpowering, it was still good though and I didn't get that caffeine fix I was looking for. Overall, a great place, inside was clean, lots of seating if you wanted to stay in. read more

Normally I am fine with this Smoothie King location. The smoothies are fine and the service is usually pretty quick. I haven't been here in months and am disappointed with my visir today, as they now have turned cashless, so only payment via CC, which really irks me. Also, my smoothie was a bit runny. Looks like I'll need to find another location, mainly because they have gone cashless and for payments that are under $10, why? ::sigh:: read more

First time here. Good to see young kids working. Place was clean and service was prompt.

Horrible service. Extremely slow. Upside is atleast it's very clean and very well kept

Worst smoothie king, the customer service is terrible i hate when I come here and place a online order I was literally in there for 20 minutes this they made everyone drinks before mines it is now 2:13 I'm wrong this my online order was suppose to be ready at 1:50 and I was there like 2 minutes early so i hope u can imagine how mad I am at there service read more

We came in at 8:45pm. Yes, I know they close at 9pm but I got there with more than enough time to spare. Rather than just saying she didn't want to make the smoothie the young lady said they only take online orders. So naturally, I went online to place said order but it says that the store stopped taking online orders at that time. I've worked in food service and I know how it can be but girl don't sit up here and lie like that. That was lame af. read more

Best smoothies all around! Always satisfy my cravings. Great service, never to long of a wait and they always get it right! I always get the banana berry treat and it's so good! They did change the cups recently from foam to plastic so the portion size seems smaller but the ounces are still the same. Other than that I will keep coming back! read more

The smoothie had too much ice and didn't blend right morning time is better than night time.

The owner is great and very kind, but his employees are very unprofessional. A bunch of kids who will finish their conversation with eachother before helping you, cursing and talking about the other customer that just left before you. The guy with the tattoos on his arm that usually opens the store is never on time and complains when people come in at opening time. If you open at 7, you should be ready to help customers at 7. He's complained out loud or continued cleaning as I've waited. People have work to get to, maybe that's why they're there at opening? Smoothie King already opens half an hour later than Jamba Juice down the street. Smoothies are usually made good, but the service could be better. I've had friends and coworkers express the same opinions as I do about this location. Kind and helpful owner, good smoothies, but bad employees. read more

Smoothie was good, but I ordered ahead and they waited u til I got there to start making it. What's the point?

I come here regularly and there used to be one guy who worked there who was kind of a jerk and seemed like he who rather be anywhere else but there. I don't think that kid works there anymore. Recently they must have changed staffs. Everyone that has been there recently has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient. I'll be back! read more

smoothies taste good, it's too bad customer service is bad. I came in to get a smoothie there were only 2 other customers and 3 employees, 1 mopping 30 minutes before they even closed and the one making smoothies while the other talked to her and was doing nothing. No one said hi or "I'll be with you in a minute" waited for a good 3 minutes just decided to leave. read more

I promise you I'm not that type of person to ever leave a review you'll see this will be my only one ever that's how disrespected I was.But Owner is horrible lol don't waste your time at this one. There's plenty more locations you say something is off about your drink and you try and change it and the OWNER really tells me "well I make the drinks better than anyone here I'm the owner" like okay buddy that's why this is the first time I ever have a problem with my drink at your location when you make it???? Anyways I ask nicely can I get it remade like I just payed you $9 on a drink I want it done the right way and he says no but you can get a refund lol like ok took my refund and went to another location to get my drink made right read more

This place needs to be more consistent. I went here the other day with my sister and her friends. We ordered our usual drink that usually had an additional peanut butter and blueberries. When we looked at it, it looked too pink. We tried it and it had no peanut butter taste at all. I asked the girl if they added blueberries and peanut butter and she gave me a look and said yes. It clearly did not have blueberries and peanut butter. We were in a hurry so we just took what they made. I went again the next day to order the same thing and the girl made it perfectly. I just wish they were more consistent considering the price of these smoothies aren't cheap. read more

I come to this location on a regular due to it being close to my gym, but was met with horrible customer service today from Stephen. He first charged me for a drink and then tells me afterwards that one of the main ingredients (dates) was all out and offered to sub it for stevia or turbinado. I declined as not only are dates used as a natural sweetener, but also for texture, and simply adding stevia or turbinado will not make it taste the same. However, the drink was already made without the missing ingredient so instead of asking for a refund and dumping the product, I decided to tried to sub it for an alternative like cocoa/cinnamon. The drink was initially made too thick in which he tried to add water, but I told him not to as it will make it taste bad (which I experienced the hard way, previously). He said he "had to," but I told him no you don't, and to add another form of liquid like milk or almond milk to make it less thick, in which he stated he had to "charge me." "Charge me" when you made the drink too clumpy and thick? He then continued to do so with an attitude, talking under his breath and after the product was made, I requested a larger cup to a 32oz instead of a 20oz, because the quantity was larger than a 20oz. He then said he had to "charge me" for a larger cup and stated he can only pour it in a 20oz cup, and dump the rest. Of course I argued his remark stating I paid additional for add ons, so why would I have to pay for a larger cup? He said, because they would be "losing money" by giving me a larger cup. How? I already paid additional for add ons! And add ons = larger volume, thus larger cup, right? Common sense, but apparently not to him. He then poured it in a 32 oz cup and it filled all the way to the top (actually spilling over). And I stated, "you see, it's more than a 20 oz like I predicted," but he said it didn't matter if it's more than 20 oz, it's their "policy" to dump the rest. This led to a more heated argument as this was the most absurd thing I've ever heard, especially when I paid for the add ons. I then said I don't why he made this smoothie such a huge fuss, first over the drink being too thick and requesting to add another form of liquid besides water, then asking for a larger cup when it clearly filled over 32 oz, in which another one of his co-workers got involved trying to deescalate the issue. It didn't help, instead Stephen tried to talk over both of us, in which I stated I wasn't even "talking to him" and he responded, "well, I'm talking to you!" His co-worker didn't help by stating this was their "policy" and he continued to provoke me from behind her, and before things escalated even worse, I intelligently walked out of the establishment. However, this experience will not be forgotten as I will be reporting this incident to corporate and not returning to this store ever again. Listen to the reviews written below, more training is needed for the new hires asap! read more

Been buying Peanut Power Plus at this location. Today, I purchased the large Peanut Power Plus with other item. The guy asked if I want the styro or the plastic cup. So I chose the plastic one, but ask a favor if he could put some of it on a small styro cup and he replied, I will charge you .30 cents for a cup. Just wow! Just saying. Now, don't want to come back! They lost a customer. read more

Today was my first and last visit to smoothie king. I've never been in one before. As I was ordering the two boys working there were so engulfed in their conversation and didn't really explain you can add things to the smoothie etc. which is fine. That's to be expected when you leave kids in a store to work it with no adult supervision. Well the boy making the smoothie was so into himself and letting everyone know he was the best recommendation for that place because he just got promoted to shift lead. He then went on to bash other employees that were no longer there. I got this whole convo while waiting for a smoothie. Once he was done making the the smoothie, he handed it to me still talking about himself. I said Thank you, he didn't even he my voice over his. As in getting into my car, he comes running at me, yelling at me saying I took the wrong smoothie and wanted to know if I took a sip of it. I said I didn't take anything. I told him he handed that to me! I also told him if he was paying attention to what he was doing he wouldn't have messed up. The poor snowflake kid couldn't understand why he was wrong. read more

I'm a regular here and today I decided to live on the edge and offer something new. I received my smoothie and it was tart. I asked if I could exchange it for my regular prefer and the gentleman told me " it has greek yogurt and it's tart this time I'll do it but normally I wouldn't" he never made eye contact with me after that. Then I went to the desk to reorder my smoothie as I waited in line he walked to the register and said loudly to the cashier " another wasted smoothie" out loud. The cashier replied "what she didn't like it"? I felt so embarrassed he made me feel like I should have known that the Greek yogurt would have made it tart and it's my fault. I think I'll delete the rewards app and head on down to jamba juice from now on. read more
