You can get a free 4 oz sample of their Pickle Juice Smoothie which is only today (5/16). My daughter told us about it and wanted to try it. The first thing that I could taste was salt, then pickle brine and then a faint taste of banana. It also has kale, apple juice blend, coconut water & apple juice blend. It was different... I'm not sure if I would pick that flavor for a smoothie. read more

Just wrapped up an intense workout and needed fuel... but not real food yet. Enter: a smoothie to the rescue I really love the smoothies here--always fresh, always on point. The app makes life easy too: simple ordering, quick payment, and let's not forget the REWARDS (because who doesn't love being rewarded for good choices?). This location is one of my favorites. It's always clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and they never miss. Most importantly, they made me an amazing smoothie--exactly what my tired, post-workout self needed. Perfect refresh, perfect stop. I'll definitely be back. read more

Yes, it's a Smoothie King, but the hospitality from the general manager Kashena separated this store from other smoothie businesses. We chatted about marketing options that she is in the process of promoting. The protein powders along the wall were well organized and the store was clean. A notice on the counter indicated that if customers use the Smoothie King QR code and leave a review, you will get $1.00 off your next visit. Dont forget the long time deal of Friday $5.00 protein smoothies. I ordered a strawberry Hulk Smoothie for $7.45 that Kashena blended fresh in front of me. The strawberries and ice were well blended and tasted great. Great smoothies and excellent customer service. read more

Parking is available in the lot in front of the store. There was no line when I arrived or other customer in the store. Only one person was working so my order (2 x drinks & 2 x toast) took around 25 minutes from payment to food in hand. Everything was good to eat and drinks came out as expected. The food was neatly stocked on the shelves but the self serve area (straws /garbane) was a bit disheveled for such an empty store. read more

I love smoothie king and this location is the only one on the way to my job so I have to go here. I order my smoothie and toast ahead of time every time, however I can no longer keep coming here because every time nothing is ready, even past the time it should be. Even when there is no customers the food won't be ready. On top of that the worker complained to me about having a large order ( 2 smoothies and a toast)?? read more

Why is there only 1 person working at this location? & on top of that Kayla was BEYONDD SLOW! No urgency whatsoever. She had all the customers just waiting on her while she moves slower than molasses. This is ridiculous! I got here at 1:35 and it took 10 minutes for her to place my order. Not even to make it. One lady was waiting over 45 min for her online order. It's now 1:50 and no smoothie. And I know this could've been done all in a timely matter with just one person too read more

Customer service was perfect, but the hydration watermelon drink was gross. I think she made it wrong. Why did I waste my money on this?

This is the only smoothie king i have been to that keeps giving not even half full acai bowls and still charging full price

It's pumpkin smoothie season! I stopped in to try the slim trim pumpkin smoothie. It was sooo good. It had pumpkin, banana, dates, protein powder, & pumpkin spice. They use fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly. They allow four customers inside and masks are required. Easy parking in front of the store. read more

Pre-ordered a new smoothie called Dude Perfect. It was supposed to be ordered by 3 PM as I ordered it at 11:30 AM. I showed up at 2:55 PM not expecting it to be ready, but they already made it. I pleasantly surprised but then I tasted it and it wasn't cold and refreshing. Still delicious. Highly recommend it. The cup not so much lol. The place was empty so I can see how they just needed something to do so they made it a little earlier than expected. read more

I tried smoothie king out on the fly, they had the shortest wait time out of other smoothie locations nearby. I'm glad I popped in. The staff was polite creating a very friendly atmosphere, they got my order correct, and the smoothie was delicious. Also, they have a multitude of locations. I might become a fan yet! read more

Do not use this store. They stole my credit card in there. There were 3 young girls who worked there who took my order and they were acting very weird. When I got home, I had over 10 different charges on my credit card. read more

Smoothie King was slow moving today, not sure if there was a new employee, or if it was just understaffed. We waited about 5-7 minutes before being helped, and another 5-10 before we both had our smoothies. Vladimir (I think that was his name, curly blondish hair) was trying to help the other employee make the smoothies, and it sounded like he was having him correct some mistakes. He told the other guy to take his time and not worry about hurrying to get customers their orders. I do appreciate that he stressed the need to get the order correct. The one thing that really stood out to me was that there was zero music playing. Very odd. Everyone was sitting around waiting for their smoothies and the only sound was the blender. Awkward! There were also no napkins in the dispenser, and although I asked for napkins, I didn't receive any. The floors were also in need of sweeping. read more

Tasted very good the smoothie. Also accomodate and subsitutied what I wanted in the smoothie. The staff worker was patienet and fast on making my smoothiee. I am content and will be returing. Such a good self-care treat for myself. :) read more

Smoothie there are great. Store is clean and employees are great The mgr of the store. She runs it like a ship. Very organized. They go beyond the call to make sure all smoothie meet what the customer order. I strongly recommend this store in Cooper City read more

Just left this location. The guy at the front (who i believe was named Brandon) was working the register and making smoothies, and doing awesome. Smoothie was great and he was customer orientated! Will be back read more

When I ordered two smoothies on my lunch break, the place was insanely packed and no one was following covid protocols. There were maybe 6 "employees" behind the counter not even in uniforms that looked like random high schoolers they grabbed as soon as class got out. I watched them mess up another customers order and took way too long to make everyone's orders. This place felt unmanaged and disorganized. Took my entire lunch break just to wait for a smoothie when it should've taken way less time. The employees were also too busy chatting with friends who were hanging out to focus on making orders the right way. read more

This place is always great no matter what location I have been to! The smoothies are always made to order and delicious. However this location is my favorite because of Ali! He is the barista there when I stop by after work and he always is so friendly and has the best recommendations! read more

I love Smoothie King, but this location is a total disappointment! The two ladies working were consumed by their discussion of "witches" (with a "b") from school to notice the five customers waiting to be helped. While there, two smoothies (including my own) were made incorrectly, and instead of a quick apology and fix, the employees laughed at the disgusting consistency of they product they made. To get a simple small smoothie took 20 minutes. With so much competition for smoothie establishments, avoid this location! read more

No complaints with my smoothie, it was (just) ok. The website however is awful to navigate and barely useful to find a location. I was going to pre-order for pick up but, unless you get a menu mix it's impossible! Luckily there was no wait at the store (maybe that locator function) and I was out in minutes. read more

This place made me want to make my own smoothie king. Amazing employees and great smoothies. I definitely recommend this place.

Normally I come into smoothie Kings and employees seem bored or uninterested, but today I had the best experience! I don't yelp often but when I do it's because I was really satisfied with my experience. Ollie took our order and suggested new things we should try out, both my friend and I LOVED his suggestions. I enjoy coming into a place where someone is happy and radiating that energy. So thanks Ollie for the great smoothie! read more

This location used to be great but with new employees not so much. Ordered a 20 oz & girl put way too much ice & didn't seem to follow the small, medium or large cup for ice when she poured my smoothie into the cup more than half was left back into the blender to just wash down the drain..smh hate to see food go to waste even if its just a smoothie. When I go to my other locations I see them taping the blender to get the last drop out yo full my cup thats how it should be not make a small to fill two cups when you are only selling one. If I was the business owner I would be highly upset. I ordered the hulk which is usually a thick blend because of the butter pecan ice cream but eneded up way too watery. read more

I was helped today by a young lady with a great friendly spirit. I was there at about 12pm 7/18/17. I forgot her name . We exchanged small talk... I thoroughly enjoyed my 40oz Gladiator that she prepared. I will continue to be a patron read more

Young lady who was working there was incredibly rude. I understand it takes time to make a smoothie and when it gets busy it can be frustrating for an employee. However that should not negate the fact that you are in the service industry. I will never return to this place. read more

The People are pretty nice which makes for a nice experience. The smoothies are pretty good but they can be a little watery but the flavor is always great . They also have a nice selection of protein bars and powder for making your own smoothies. Every time I come here I always get the peanut power plus with chocolate, it tastes really good though it is pretty rich. Also the seating is pretty limited but the place is pretty small so it's not surprising. I would rather go to a bigger smoothie king if available because I like to sit down rather than get my smoothie, protein bar and running out. The place can get pretty crowded but I guess that's good because it means that the smoothies are good. I just wish this place was a little bigger. So yeah, theirs smoothie king for you. read more

This is a newer Smoothie King located in a small Cooper City strip mall. The location is convenient for me and the lot offers ample parking. The store is clean, they're always stocked with various goodies and the staff are very pleasant. Bummer that the caffeine enhancer extricated itself from the menu recently, I liked that option better than the energy boost and pure recharge (both ginko concoctions). The Chocolate Lean 1 is my favorite, the protein that's used doesn't taste like cardboard. Woohoo! This is a great little spot and the smoothies are awesome. read more

I love this Smoothie King! (And I've been to a lot of them...). Today I wanted something different and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I don't do sweet drinks and she was honest with me and told me that the one I was thinking about getting was sweet. Such honesty is so refreshing!! You can tell they love what they are doing. I'll definitely be going back and soon!! read more

Walked in... 2 people waiting for their order while employee was making their drinks. Stood there for about 10 minutes. She didn't bother to look up to acknowledge that I was there. Forget about saying hello... I simply walked out. I really wanted a smoothie... Sad read more

The customer service is always terrible and seems the side talk about personal stuff is more important than giving a customer a proper experience. The workers do not know how to properly greet you or make eye contact. This is the second time I've walked in and they're on their phone and mumble to speak to you. My final straw at this location was when 3 girls were cleaning and the girl not only made my smoothie wrong, but put her bare hand inside the blender to hold it to add ice (without washing it from using cleaning products). I liked the smoothies they offer, but sad to say i won't visit here anymore. read more

I've been to this smoothie king about 100 times. I continuously go back for more, the staff members there are very respectable and kind. They go above and beyond their job to help me find out what's best for me so I get my money's worth. There's one girl in particularly that just makes the best smoothies and I only go in when she's at work. Best smoothie king I've EVER been to yet !!!!!! read more
