Ordered 10 açaí bowls at 1:45 on the app. Show up at 2pm and there is one employee. By 2:45 the other employee finally shows. The 2 of them barely know what they are doing. I don't leave with my 10 bowls til 3:30 pm. Unbelievable! I don't even blame the employees. Obviously the owner of this franchise location has not hired enough help and does not take training his employees seriously. Will be buying bowls elsewhere. read more

This Smoothie King just absolutely made our day! I stopped in real quick to grab a smoothie. Pulled up to the window and paid. When the lady seen I had my Greyhound with me, she asked if I would like a "pup cup". I never heard of it and said sure. I went with the yogurt one. Isabelle LOVED it! I will be taking Isabelle here every year for her birthday from now on. This was totally unexpected and really made us smile this morning. Thank you so much for your kindness! read more

"Fly" location. More flies your can't image. Service is poor. No manager was available. Waited over 25mins for 2 smoothies. 1smoothie wasn't made right. Not happy. read more

Too many flies!! They don't have the fly issue under control and it is very off putting being this is a food/beverage place. Customer service is not that great either. read more

The drivethru takes longer than 25 minutes every time. Today we were in a hurry and had to leave it took so long. I don't understand how it could take that long to make a smoothie the people behind me left first so then I left it was so disappointing I was really excited for it! read more

I went into the store and ordered 2 small smoothies. I waited 20 minutes for the smoothies to come out to me. They are very slow. They need to be faster. read more

Ok! I have to be honest ! At this location I've had a number of issues with orders and just employees having the correct knowledge & training on stuff. I'm a super fan of smoothie king but this location has been the one that needs a little help. It might finally be changing and I want to express the 5 STAR SERVICE I've had ever time I've been served by Alyssa. For one, she's a sweetheart but she's also always known how to navigate the smoothie king Ap & always got my order right! There also was a young guy there once who did a great job but I didn't catch his name! I wanted to give credit where credit is due and if I feel like this store improves with each visit I'll change my review to a 5 star but truthfully they still need some work with consistency in employee training. Its on its way upwards read more

I want to let everyone know that I have come to this location more than 50 times and every experience through the drive-through has been a complete shit show but today was the worst I ordered two smoothies and waited for over 25 minutes the two cars that ordered behind me some how got their smoothies before I received mine this is the worst location I've ever been to half the time you have to repeat what you ordered when you get to the window and some how they still mess up the smoothie ask for a manager he or she is never there oh and they won't give you your money back your stuck waiting read more

Smoothie King - Here's my order from today that for some reason took 25 minutes while the people I heard order behind me got there's first - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

Not even a 1 star. I went there and orderd 2 bowls. And waited over 40 min. With one other car in front of me. Then the 2 girls that was working was to busy being unprofessional. So when I pulled up they said they only accept cash and took all my change. Then called me a bitch because I had told them to stop messing around and to focus on the job at hand. read more

Had a bad experience here today My husband and I came in with two coupons for reduced priced smoothies. We paid $20 for the coupon book. They would accept only one coupon, even when we suggested we make two separate purchases. My husband was so mad we left without the second smoothie, even though we paid full price for it. read more

Half hour waiting once charged. Sitting at the window. This is terrible if it wasn't for the simple fact i waited 10 minutes to order and now 30 mins at window. I would leave. They definitely charged me the moment i drove up to window, for what? To make sure i didn't leave?!?! This is a complete joke. Not the workers fault, she is the only one there, but definitely the manager/franchisee/owner fault. Not the first bad experience i have had here, but definitely the icing on the cake. Need a new manager there to figure this out!!! read more

Smoothie King - Waiting.... - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

It seems to be every time we go here that wait is 20mins or more for 2 smoothies the drinks are good but what's with the long wait? I get my food at fast food places fast than this. read more

I love their vegan smoothies, so good! The staff was nice and the smoothies were done pretty fast! Me and my boyfriend went in on Friday so we got a medium size for $5 which I thought was pretty cool. My boyfriend is a huge fan of Smoothie King but me, I'll always be a Tropical Smoothie lover! You should most definitely try the vegan smoothies even if you're not a vegan! It never hurts to try! I got the one with peanut butter and it was amazing! Anything with peanut butter is pretty good! read more

Drive thru is terrible. No sense of urgency and no customer service. Waited over 10 mins for a smoothie and I went immediately from ordering to the window. read more

I come to this location every week. The staff is great every time, even when they're busy. I will say however, some of the staff members get frustrated and take it out on their coworkers in front of customers. It's not professional and I felt really bad for the poor girl getting constantly embarrassed by her coworker. She was clearly new and still learning the ropes! I can understand the frustration but it needs to be handled privately instead of every single customer. Other than that I always have a great experience and will continue to come here. read more

Kid at the cash register with short brown hair spent all morning talking with his friends and giving them free smoothies while the other girl working had to work extra to pick up his slack, Someone needs to put her on register since she was the only one who acted like she cared, i waited 35 minutes while the other kid stopped every two seconds to talk with his friends and complain, I'll never go to or recommend this Smoothie King again. read more

Awful wait time. 40 mins stuck in the drive thru. Come with ample time if you're in the mood for a healthy treat.

This is how we had to drive home after stopping at Smoothie King. The cup was overflowing, spilling everywhere. The person in the window didn't offer napkins or paper towels to clean up the cup. They easily could have given the smoothie in a larger cup. This is definitely not the first time this has happened. I just don't understand. read more

Smoothie King - a hand holding a plastic cup with a straw - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

I just wanted to share that Shyla was great, very helpful and makes my smoothies perfectly. Definitely a valuable employee

I love smoothie king, however this location along with several others in my area are very slow even when no one is in the store or in the drive through. Have no get up and move, and need better training to be more consistent and have been customer service. read more

The actual smoothies turned out ok, but the customer service is severely lacking. This location is being run by 15 yr olds with no supervision, who I'm guessing were never taught how to properly greet a customer, hand back change correctly, or say "thank you have a nice day". Annoying and kind of ruined it for me. read more

Terrible customer service. They couldn't figure out how to honor a coupon so I just left.

Get the small, anything larger in size is too much and sits heavy! Fast service and good quality

Terrible customer service waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes smoothie cup was only half full when received and when they handed me the smoothie the girl just said umm... instead of something normal like have a good day which scared me like why are you saying umm... what's wrong with the smoothie? read more

I love the drinks and supplements they offer but the woman who manages the store is absolutely miserable and has zero customer service skills. she comes in when she pleases and is rude to employees and customers alike. Was the only order due to another order already being in making. Still ended up waiting over 15 min with my order being done in the blender cause the girl decided to go flirt a little before. The other chick used the store phone with the words ' well I'm calling you from this number cause I can't use my phone ' so by the time they finally remembered I'm here my drink was watery and it all kinda went on each other and stopped looking tasty waste of my money. read more

Worst experience ever at Smoothie King. I am in Smoothie King 4 times a week. Some people should not work with the public.
