I placed an order at Pure Green through the Classpass app and went to pick it up inside. I learned that even though Classpass let's you place orders ahead for Pure Green, those orders automatically get placed and then made immediately when you place your order. Don't try to order ahead, because they won't know to make it for a later time. Now that I know that, I will place my order right when I want to pick it up from now on. I was greeted by Grace and Izzy who kindly assisted me with my order. I ordered their Classic Avocado Toast and one of their Banana Nut smoothies. Everything tasted delicious! Incredibly delicious and satiating smoothies! It's so pretty and welcoming inside the shop. I absolutely love the Pure Power smoothie- It's so creamy and rich. I particularly love that they use grass-fed whey protein in their smoothies. The quality of ingredients can certainly be tasted in each sip. The Rockin Beet is my go to juice as I love beets. I am, however, so excited to go back to try out the Acai bowls which look like literal artwork. The staff is so friendly and the owners, Michael and Brad are just exceptional people. Hey there! I've found online ordering to be a bit clunky. I tried calling the store to have two smoothies ready for pickup, but they wouldn't process the order. They told me to order on DoorDash. I get that DoorDash can add extra fees, and I'd prefer to just swing by and pick up the smoothies myself. The smoothies are great, but the ordering process isn't very convenient. I was hoping to save some time. Well, only be back when I have the extra time to wait. Gets worse once at the shop: I went to the store, logged in the order, and completely forgot the reason I was there--the Buy One Get One for Mother's Day. I ended up ordering without remembering the promo, and then someone else walked in with the BOGO offer. I reminded the staff and asked if I could apply the promo, but they said it's only on the app. That would've been nice to know upfront, since my main goal was to order ahead. I had even called and told him I was having trouble over the phone. No help was offered. I asked for a refund and I would reorder on the app, but they said refunds aren't available. I asked to speak to the manager; the person said she was the manager. She wouldn't refund. By then I'd already placed a second order on the app. It was a very frustrating experience. The manager proceeded to tell me about how I did this wrong by not fully reading the promotion and noticing that I had to order on the app. She also reminded me that she repeated my order and confirmed that and I even paid the amount so I should not be having a problem. All while telling me she won't refund the order. I love the smoothies, but this hassle and the attitude aren't worth it. This kind of service could easily go viral for all the wrong reasons, which isn't helping bring in new customers. Or maybe if you have such poor customer service, maybe you do need a viral TikTok video to promote the business. read more

While on vacation we love checking out fresh food places and picked this one! Not only did they have fresh smoothies but their acai bowl was high quality!!!! When I picked up the food it was a cute store that even left an adorable note on the bag. The staff greeted me when I walked in and let me know where to pick up my bag. Additionally, the service wasn't great, the place wasn't busy but yet no one offered to help me and they asked me to wait while they chatted and piddled around before ringing up my $10 juice. They have a wall of details - such as what to do for a detox until dinner, or 1 to 3 day juice cleanse - all very helpful! This place used to be good, albeit expensive - but that just comes with the territory for healthy food and juices. Today though, I feel like I got had. They switched out pineapple/mango for pears. Nasty green tasteless pears, literally the only fruit in existence I can't stand. Without asking. I got home, looked at my bowl I paid $12 for and wanted to cry. I know you have to pay to swap things if you choose to swap but why didn't I get a discount for this cheap fruit downgrade? This disappointed me so much that I probably won't be back for a while. read more

I work in the plaza. I've been there three times. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A little pricey, but nutrient packed, so I guess worth it. I've had the bottled juice, bottled shots, fresh smoothie, and toast.. all are pretty good. Only downfall is that they don't take cash!! Which is what I usually use, so just remember that before you go!! I probably won't go there as much because of this unfortunately. read more

Fresh fresh fresh and very positive vibes in this little spot. You can detox with a variety of detox drinks, indulge in a smoothie or recharge with juice all in the same spot. Yesterday they took forever making my food because they were too busy with their conversation. Food was watery.

As a health enthusiast I'm use to paying more for healthy stuff & seeing it as a health investment rather than being overcharged. However, this place is over priced especially for Cape Coral. Also, I have found that they are not very accommodating when it comes to switching out an ingredient for another & want to charge you for every change even if it's small when the smoothies were already a lot to begin with. If you have food sensitivities then you know how frustrating this can be. The customer service is also lacking. I often leave thinking I need to stop coming here because of how unfriendly or bothered they seem to be. The only reason I have kept going back is because so far what I have ordered has been good & there aren't many smoothie places in Cape Coral to choose from so I go when I feel desperate for a healthy option while on the go. I had high hopes for this place & loved the decor upon first going in & can say their smoothies are good but sadly with the high cost, poor customer service & not being accommodating I will avoid this place as much as possible & not advise anyone to go there unless things change. read more
