Rude service! Employee starring at their phone while I'm trying to order talking straight to them and they answer we don't have the base for that nor strawberry's. I asked for two other smoothies but they were out of those bases as well. Rude employees don't provide alternatives! If the management allows poor and rude service and doesn't have materials to make smoothies then why is this place open in the first place! This is the second time that I have placed an online order and they did not have the materials to make my order. The staff was rude and dismissive and did not offer me a refund. Stating that they couldn't and could not cancel my order either. They told me to come back on Monday to get my order. Absolute trash and this location needs to close for multiple reasons read more

I was falsely accused of being a hostile customer after politely asking for Darlene William manager. Police was called and trespassing warning was issued. I arrived at Smoothie King drive thru on Dowlen on 8/14/23 at approximately 7:55 am. Ordered a smoothie with plastic cup. Received styrofoam cup. I politely asked for a plastic cup. Darlene Williams rudely said ,"they can't switch it out ,"and handed me a plastic cup. While I was putting the plastic cup in my cup holder. Darlene William rudely say's ," You need to move your vehicle". I moved my vehicle and went inside. I politely asked to speak to the manger. Darlene William said she was the manager. I asked to get Darlene William's supervisors information to properly file a complaint. Darlene William said she don't have a number and I had to go online. Darlene Willam starts telling me in a rude manner that I should be ashamed of myself for coming in here about a cup. I politely was trying to explain to her that it wasn't about a cup, it was her rude demeanor and poor customer service. While politely trying to explain to her, she continued to talk over me and raised her voice. Darlene William started screaming and yelling at me telling me I need to get out of her store and that she wasn't giving me her supervisor's information and that she was going to call the cops on me if I didn't leave her store. I politely told her that I don't mind waiting to speak to the officer. While I stood there holding my laptop I began to look directly at the lobby camera. Darlene William then called the cops and stated she had a hostile customer that was refusing to leave the store. Then she called her supervisor. Darlene William then comes around the countertop, telling me that she's about to lock the door and that I need to leave her store right now. Darlene Williams expressed hostile, irate rude expressions toward me that made me feel unwanted in the store so I decided that I was going to patiently wait in my vehicle. Darlene William then starts walking behind me. I felt threatened. Once I made it to the door. I turned around and told her to have a blessed day. She then yelled at me stating," You too Heffa". I spoke to the police and explained the situation and advised him that she filed a false complaint and I was not hostile in any manner. I'm extremely upset about the outcome of this situation. I was polite the entire time. I simply requested for her supervisor number and in result I received a trespass warning. I want to file an official complaint against Darlene Williams. I would like to speak to someone regarding this matter- or I will have to result to seeking legal counsel against Darlene Williams and Smoothie King. read more

This particular location sucks. There was only one vehicle in front of me and they took forever. Then, I get to the window and wait for a while. I finally pay, get my smoothie and drive off and it's frozen solid. I can't even get one sip! The straw flattened out because there was nothing able to come through. I don't have time to go back so I head back to work. besides, if they knew what they were doing they wouldn't have jacked it up the first time. Let it sit on my desk for 2hrs...still can't drink it. Turns out it's full of ice cubes. If I pay $9 for a smoothie: a. I expect to be able to drink it b. I expect it to be "smoothie" not half a cup of ice cubes (frozen friggin water!) read more

This location cannot seem to get it together. The staff is rude and the smoothies are nothing in comparison to other locations. If you want a watery melted smoothie, this is your place, otherwise choose a different location. I called and spoke with a "manager" to express my dissatisfaction and her reply was "Ok". Worse location that I've ever encountered. Had a coupon for buy one get one free for a particular type. Ordered two of the type the coupon was for and a child's drink. Girl in the drive thru discounted the child drink rather than the like drink that the coupon was for. No big deal, I thought. Got her attention that she discounted the wrong item and she said she didn't. Showed her what she did and what the coupon shows and she said so what and rolled her eyes as if we were bothering her. I'm sorry, I thought I was the customer. Asked again for her to correct the mistake and she said don't worry about it and slammed the drive thru window. Guess that's what you get when you have a little bratty teen age girl trying to represent your company. I was a two day a week fan but one bad employee has left me not wanting to go back.
