Customer service was good. The shakes are fun to customize and worth the $6. We ordered 1 small coconut/blue Oreo/coffee ice cream with brownie pieces and fudge topping shake. You could really taste the coconut in this one. We also ordered 1 small coffee/amaretto ice cream with Heath/Snickers pieces and caramel topping with whipped cream shake. This one was a little more generic tasting, but the chocolate pieces and caramel were more pronounced. I wish they had more ice cream flavors to try, but overall it was a nice fun time and the price was reasonable for all the customizing. After dinner we wanted ice cream and decided to go to Marble Slab. The outside area was full and the inside wasn't many people at all. The service was kinda slow at first and one of the workers was making fresh cones. Nothing like the smell of fresh cones. I decided to go for my usual which is the black walnut with Oreo cookie added in in a waffle Bowl the black walnut is my absolute favorite flavor at Marble Slab sometimes I go and they don't that particular one and I will settle for sweet cream everything was good but they were a little skimpy on the cookies I love Oreos and I really didn't want to ask for more but I should have asked for extra. Everyone else decided to get just ice cream with just a regular waffle cone we decided to sit inside buy the window and eat because the outside of course was already full. By the time we were done with our ice cream the place was filling up while we were eating. By the time we finished up there were quite a few people in there to buy ice cream. so overall I had a pretty good experience and I will definitely go back. read more

Pretty bad experience. They open at 11:00am. We got there at 11:45am and hardly none of the ice cream was even out. The slab wasn't even cold to where it seemed like it was doing nothing but melting the ice cream. Then the lady continues to scoop the liquidy mess into a waffle cone where it immediately started dropping from all the cracks in the cone. This was the first time my son has been to a Marble Slab creamery and it was just a disappointing experience for all of us. read more

Malta, Floats, Cups, Cones and every cookie, candy ect that you can think of to add to your ice cream. The service was fast and informative and friendly. The place was super clean. I've been to this location a thousand times!! I ALWAYS get a child size cone with more than one mix in. Tried today and they REFUSED to give me more than one! He said child size only allows one. I even asked to pay for the additional mix ins and be REFUSED that as well! Completely stupid to refuse money!! Guess I'll take our ice cream business elsewhere! read more

Very nice staff. Walked in around closing and they were very helpful and didn't act annoyed some places would. There are soooo many awesome flavors to choose from. My favorite part is the "mix-ins." Ok first off, one of your employees doesn't care about her job at all. She looks depressed and I genuinely feel bad for her. Because of the atmosphere, I ate my ice cream outside. More on that later. Second. The coffee ice cream I asked for in a dark chocolate cone, had no taste of coffee, and it was purely vanilla. My sister and I both ordered it and came to the same conclusion. Third, the cone was so stale that even the ants in my backyard wouldn't eat it. I witnessed that near the door, there was a rack that held multiple cones and cups, and the cones were unpackaged, therefore leading to the stale cone epidemic that all of your poor cones are facing at the moment. Remember how I said I ate outside? There's no trash can outside to throw my ice cream away. At that point I had to run in with ice cream melting down my arm just to throw it away inside.
