Today, I had the pleasure of encountering Bri and Moe at Smoothie King. My day started off really overwhelming and overstimulating, but the smiles on their faces truly changed the trajectory of my day. Not only was my smoothie superb, but their energy and kindness made all the difference. Bri and Moe are a dynamic duo and a true asset to the company. Thank you both for turning my day around! read more

It's a shame that I see a one star review about this Smoothie King about 2 months ago. My experience was great while coming here. I was greeted upon arrival, the staff was friendly and answered my questions, and overall they did a great job at their job. My wife got a smoothie with a gift card and the worker was helpful at telling us how much was left and that her smoothie will be right out. I have nothing but good things to say about this Smoothie King! read more

I'm strictly speaking on service for this review. I literally just left this place and out of the two girls in there the tall slim one with braids has totally turned me off! She never greeted me or anything, not even any eye contact, she overcharged me and had an attitude about it by trying to imply I asked to be overcharged. It is not my fault that SHE doesn't even know what products are which and how to charge them. She just looked like she didn't want to be there. The smoothie itself was fine I guess but she made it so quick I wouldn't even be surprised if the enhancement she tried to overcharge me for isn't even in there. It will be awhile before I return and I hope she won't be there when I do. read more

This location is awesome! The ladies there are friendly and prepare your order quickly. There were two customers when I arrived and I was still out the door in less than 5 minutes. This location is spotless, no weird smells or smoothie stains on the floor, they have a nice variety of snacks, nothing was out of stock and there is ample parking. I will be back! read more

First time trying Smoothie king and had a bad experience, sadly! I walked in and was looking at the menu, an employee asked if we were ready to which we said no. She started counting the stores money Infront of my friend and I, her co worker than proceeded to stand by her with no uniform and on her phone. My friend and I were ready to order and she kept counting the money and had us waiting 10 minutes until she was done.. why couldn't her other coworker help us when instead on phone. When we ordered she then proceeded to prep our smoothies without gloves after touching the money.. disgusting! Also, they are all wearing Beats, so unprofessional. Employees need to look well organized and seem to actually want to work. 07/25/25 read more

Love Smoothie King and I always get the small Mango Fest, which is still a lot of smoothie for 1 person. When I first entered, I got hit with an odd smell that smelled me a mixture between cleaning supplied and wetness, which made me want to leave, but I really wanted a smoothie so I stayed anyway. I normally would give Smoothie King as a franchise a good rating because they have great choices and good service, but the lady who took my order and made my smoothie was not in a good mood and made the experience pretty uncomfortable. She was the only worker there at the time, so it was just awkward because it felt like she was mad at me for simply ordering. I checked the closing time in case she was just in a rush to close, but I came in at 7pm and the closing time was 9pm, so I'm not sure what was up, but hoping she's good . Either way, customer service is important and can make or break a customer's experience, and this experience just wasn't it. So I'm summary, smoothie=great, customer service at the time I was there = below average. If anyone else has better smoothie experiences nearby, let me know. read more

11/27 Placed an order on the app and arrived at this location at 8:30a and it was closed. Doors were locked and lights were off. The location was to be open at 8am. At 8:40a a young lady with locs arrived with Starbucks in tote. IF, the scenario was she was late due to getting Starbucks... unacceptable. My fiancé walked in to cancel our orders as she was making it. We allowed her to make it. Bad choice. My Banana Passionfruit and his Mango Ginger smoothie was not good; rushed. We took one sip and trashed them both. Money down the drain. read more

Over by the old Krogers on Peachtree and Piedmont! So glad this location is now here! Wondered where in the heck was maps taking me. Then I saw it thru the construction ... Smoothie King Open! Upside Friday. Got two shakes for the weekend and a watermelon lemonade. Get it before its gone. Update: driving home, I I took one of the shakes out of the carrier, and over it went. Watermelon slushy all over my seat. I should have set them on the floor. A stronger carrier needed. I did have about a teacup left and savored the remainder! read more

Super Friendly Staff. Some of the other stuff I can look over. Because I value great customer service.

Yeah this place is a bit gross, but it's frankly up to par with what you can expect in Buckhead. Even though it's in a regular shopping center, there is no bathroom. That's cool I guess. They were accepting cash only - refreshing for the conspiracy theorists. Slightly annoying for all the rest of us who value convenience. Ordered a Mango Fest and an Immune Booster. Please note the cool looking Orange Immune Booster is different from the one that they have on their normal menu. I didn't know that but didn't mind. This Smoothie King was out of wrapped straws, so they went to the nearby Kroger and bought unwrapped straws. Even outside of Pandemicpocalypse 2020(1,2,..), it's not a great look bringing a smoothie to somebody else with an unwrapped straw in it. This is a very adequate Smoothie King complete with a Buckhead premium added to menu prices and Buckhead ratchetness. read more

I don't know if the lady who had everybody on edge today was the owner or a corporate worker but she should definitely not be in that position. When I came in everyone was in a bad mood, I could tail. Which I have no issue at all with that. When I was in the food industry I hated every day of it so I worked my way out of it. But when I finally got my order taken the guy just walked off to start making it and I stood there waiting for my receipt. I don't know if this was the owner or a corporate worker but you could tell she was doing too many things at once, while trying to, and just took the receipt out the terminal and threw it in the trash. I waited there for a while because it was just me and an employee came up and asked what I needed and I told him the receipt. I told him that the woman just snatched it up and threw it away so he went to try to dig it out of the trashcan, which I wasn't going to take that copy anyway. He then asked the lady how to re-print a receipt which definitely shouldn't be too difficult. Like I said I have done this before in the food industry. Anyway she started looking in the trash as well to get me the receipt and then she asked why did I want my receipt. Which is a dumb question, it does not matter why I want my receipt. She didn't ask if I just wanted the points and that she could just give me any receipt out of the trashcan. What a horrible mindset to have. Do you want to give someone something out of the trashcan let alone any receipt. If you don't know how to re-print the receipt just say it. That lets me know that this place is filthy for a reason, they were flies flying around in there as well and now I could definitely tell why. I never had an issue with this location before but I won't be coming back at all. And I couldn't even get my cup filled to the top like they used to anymore. read more

This may be the worst Smoothie King location in Atlanta! I placed an online order this morning, so I would have to deal with the woman in there (she is extremely rude), I went in to pick up my order, and she still made my order after she made everyone else's order! I'm done! I will never buy another this from this location ever again. P.S. I thought it was me that I had an issue with; it turns out she was rude to my boss as well. read more

Such a bad location. I used to work at an SK so I know the standards it's supposed to be at, however this location is not it. It smells, the workers are rude and don't care about their job, and their systems are always down and taking cash only. Had an incident here last week and I am DEFINITELY not returning. read more

Store is clean and smells fresh. However this is the second time I come this location. 1st time I ordered online and got here purposely later than what was quoted on the app. James, rudely told me that he didn't make my smoothie because they were out of what I requested. I just thought buddy had a bad day. So today I come in and asked if they had all of the ingredients I like. He replied rudely they do. Customer service, is what going to kill this location however it's the only one and LA FITNESS is less than .5miles. read more

Horrible customer service. Came on a Saturday morning. Saw like 3 people waiting. It quickly became obvious that it was only 1 girl working. I didn't complain or anything and I expected to wait. But it takes a second to acknowledge my presence. I stood there for about 10 minutes and didn't say one thing to me. I've worked in service related industry before and no matter how busy you get. This is just rude. Clear they need more help so just be prepared for a wait and don't expect stellar service ‍ read more

What a horrible experience. My wife and I walked in and immediately the employees yelled that they were only taking cash, no card because their card system is "down". This is the 5th time that their system has been down in the last 5 times going to this location! To make it worse, we paid with a gift card and when we asked the employee, Ashley, to throw it away considering it had $0 she responded "you do it yourself". I figured I heard her incorrectly and placed it down on the counter and she threw the gift card at my wife. After all of this they refused to give me a refund and of course made the smoothie incorrectly. What a horribly run store! Corporate needs to do something about this. read more

The worst service ever. I come in and no one addresses me. Mind u I'm the only customer. I then say hello twice after standing at the counter while she's refilling ingredients and still no response. After waiting another 39 seconds she then says do u know what u want. I said u didn't hear me saying hello to u. She said I thought u were being funny. These young kids nowadays have the worst ethic. She made my smoothie then slapped it on the counter again without any verbiage. I purposely went back in and asked for my receipt so I could get the name of the employee. Her name is Nurill and is absolutely rude!!!! I'll be taking the survey on the receipt as well. read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen! She was yelling at customer, saying she has no help! Slamming the blender, kicking the back door open. There was probably about 10 customers in there then she yelled she's only taken cash. I get up to the register and she said she won't take anything bigger then a 20! She won't break my bill. This was our first time at a smoothie king and will never return! Very very dirty as well inside! Might need a contact health department! read more

Came in for a large smoothie. After making it, the sales associate handed me a medium cup. I asked her if it was a large and she said sure not. She proceeds to empty the cup back into the blender and added only ice. So the extra price I paid to get a large rather than a medium only bought me a little more ice. Won't be coming back to this location. Went in to give them a second chance and I wish I never did. Was treated like I was stupid by an employee who seemed to be having a bad day. Unreliable. This location has been my go-to post workout spot since it's in the same shopping center as LA Fitness. Too bad they lock the door 20 mins before the store hours indicate closing. Worst service I've ever received. Young lady behind counter did not begin making the order by the time I got there. The orders were daisy chained coming out of her printer without being made. Then it seemed that she was high or under the influence because of how slow she moved only to get halfway through making the first smoothie before saying they were out of bananas. Started using the same spoon to scoop my adds(proteins, etc) which I though was bad cross contamination. After muddling through making 4 of my smoothies she slides them 1 at a time without a carrier. When I ask, she hands me the carrier instead of putting the drink in there. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER!!! I would never go there again. read more
