Jay has fixed our exterior doors that weren't contacting our weather stripping and sealing properly, as well as adjusting and (where necessary) replacing the interior doors that were poorly hung by the previous owner. He fixed our custom-built pantry shelves, in addition to adding another shelf, replaced baseboards, fixed an accent wall, added shelving to our laundry room, and installed overhead garage storage for us. The best thing about working with Jay, was that he had good input for us in helping to figure out what we wanted to do with our laundry room and to fix the broken design on our accent wall. When he was trying to figure out where to hang our clothes rack in the laundry room, he had the foresight to measure my arms to get a good sense of where to hang the rack since my wife wasn't around to say exactly how high she wanted it installed. Jay is super nice, reliable, and JSC's prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for any handyman services you might need around the house.

Plenty of companies I contacted weren't even interested in the job as it was "too small" (it was about 35 sq ft of drywall, 15 feet across and 2-3 feet deep in parts and pieces) or they quoted me over 1000 dollars for repair. Ezra came in and did the whole piece, including insulation, drywall, AND painting, all of which were excellent, for an incredibly fair price, honestly almost 50% below what other contractors were quoting. If you need drywall work done--small or big (I watch the man work his craft) consider TEG Drywall.

I received quotes from numerous people and his was very competitive. His team started on my ~3000 sf house Friday and painted until they finished on Wednesday. There were very few inspection finds that needed correction, and he fixed them. I needed some drywall repair (due to another project) and he took care of that for a small fee. I believe there were a total of three men working on the job and they were all very friendly. I speak a little Spanish which helped, but Google Translate helped our communication. He was very punctual and responsive and I never doubted trusting him. They weren't perfect (but nobody is) but the few things that were called out were handled appropriately and respectfully. My wife and I think the result was beautiful and well worth the money. I would recommend Cesar to anyone and I will certainly go straight to him the next time I need some painting done.

One would never know where the boards were replaced. (I would give a 5+ on that aspect. After painting the textured ceiling, the texture started coming down about an hour after Ceball Painting left. I called and Ceasar returned and surveyed the problem. Ceasar came back and worked until the problem was fixed and the ceiling looks great now. I gave an overall 4 instead of a 5 only because of the language barrier. Ceasar does not speak much English and we had to translate via phone.
