They showed me pictures of my two bookshelves: blanket-wrapped with tape and shrink wrapped. I was very impressed, as this kind of care for single item moves is rare and is usually reserved only for whole-home moves. Upon arrival, my well-protected bookcases were in excellent shape. I watched them unwrap them and place them where I needed them. I could not have been happier with the speed, care, and mindfulness with which my items were picked up, delivered, and installed. Five stars to Amir and his colleague! Will definitely use them again.

There was going to be a delay, but Gavin gave me an hourly update on what his eta was going to be and why he was taking time. Shit happens, things can get delayed.. but what is important is to know what is happening. Job Gavin and his team knew what they were doing. Moving items is one of those jobs , where a good job gets unnoticed and the bad ones stand out. Gavin handles my furniture very well. Praying hand movers is exactly what you need when you don't want to stress about your move.

They were HOURS late & had no intentions of letting us know until we called them multiple times,…read morethen had the audacity to charge us for the hours they were late. DO NOT use their "assembly" service: they intentionally took forever (3+ hours) to assemble 2 pieces of boxed furniture and managed to break it/strip screws along the way. All while saying, "there's no way you would have been able to put this together" to two women... We had to reorder a replacement (because they broke ours), and we put it together in less than an hour... so for two professionals to take 3X longer than two girls, just to charge by the hour, is insanely unethical and disappointing. Their moving service was fine (4/5 stars and affordable), just be mindful that they likely won't show up on time and cannot be trusted for assembly.

They send two guys that struggle to move a queen Casper mattress - and comment that these are heavy and hard to move - because they had a busy weekend - excuses given for each item moved because they take a break between them to chat about video games, what they are doing on the weekends and that they have 3 hours after this move so they don't have any thing to do?? Is this why you're taking your sweet time chit chatting and standing around watching cars drive by? If you ask me what they names are - I have no idea - no introduction. I've used this service twice before and the guys they sent before were solid - friendly and professional. This time - the guys could have been anyone odd the street with no manners, awkward and needed guidance on how to wrap things up so they don't damage the walls - because as they moved the items in - scrapes all along the stairs to the 2nd floor (on a new build that had NO damage until we paid for the damage - that apparently came extra without a fee). I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Sir Walter for any move whatsoever. Did I mention when I called their boss - they completely stopped talking to us - when we said thank you they ignored us and said nothing. But they stop chatting among themselves and are actually working a little faster #DoYourJob
