I was very impressed, as this kind of care for single item moves is rare and is usually reserved only for whole-home moves. Upon arrival, my well-protected bookcases were in excellent shape. I watched them unwrap them and place them where I needed them. I could not have been happier with the speed, care, and mindfulness with which my items were picked up, delivered, and installed. Bruce was extremely helpful getting everything planned and scheduled and Shannon, as always, followed through and kept everything moving along the entire time. Some of the packers that came to pack and load the house were with me on the first move so they knew my things and they knew the routine because I have some unusual and valuable furniture and instruments.
