Then I told her again I got the Groupon and if that was a problem to let me know. She said it was not a problem but had regular clients booked and needed to find me a spot. I told her since it was difficult to find a spot after she told me had availability then I would find another salon. If these people don't want Groupon customers then they need to not be on Groupon. So I decided what he heck, I'll go for it and made an appointment for when I got off work. Emma cut my hair and did a GREAT job! She was awesome to talk to, was nice about how damaged my hair was (haha), and she worked with me to find a cut for me. I have been talking about my hair cut everyday and even my boyfriend mentioned that I've never been this happy with my hair. 75$ is about 25-30$ more than what I usually pay but I'm really considering just dealing with the price because of how great the cut came out.

She charges such a reasonable price, and my hair comes out smoother, healthier than I've ever seen it in a long time. They have cleaned up all their mistakes…read morewith legal representation to pay and remove their bad reviews as they are trying to do the same with me and sweep me under the rug because they have severely damaged my hair and my expensive silk dress. I booked in with Benny and she claimed to have worked 3 years at the salon working with top clients and flying to hawaii with them. I communicated with her via email and also texts she was friendly and sweet. I had a consultation on the day with her and explained thoroughly what I needed a natural vanilla blonde balayage and I did not want to lose my natural hair at all. I need to keep it natural for my line of work in film. I arrived at the Salon at 230pm and left at 930pm in the worst case scenario ever. After Benny begun my hair and rinsed it at the first time she clearly had done mistakes and did not know what she was doing this was around 530pm I was getting tired and said politely maybe it is best I return another time she was like no i will just add some more foils and toner. I never even wanted toner. She then spent more time doing things to my hair I did not ask for. The result is an uneven patchy, bleeding, brassy mess on my hair. I had 6 months of dark natural healthy regrowth. It is now frail damaged dry and looks like someone put a dye box on me. It had pink tones stripes and was just awful. I was in no way satisfied and Benny knew it but I was still nice with her of course. I unwillingly paid with a small discount. When I got home I saw the back and underneath my hair and the real tragedy. I texted her that evening to tell her how unhappy I was. I did not threaten her as the salon has implied and written an email now to try create a new way to skip out of being accountable. I went back the next day to Brittney who is Benny's trainer apparently. She put a gloss on my hair but this just covered a small bit at the top of my hair. It did not rectify the rest of the damage and all they gave me was a tiny pot of treatment to go home with. Benny came out and said hi as well she was in good spirits and happy. If someone was threatened they would be scared to go near them. I work on tv and film and this has severely affected my chances of bookings as well as my emotional state. As well as having my hair tortured my Brand new Silk dress had bleach/colour run down the back of it staining it which is not fixable . I emailed the salon with pictures about this and as well as wanting them to continue to fix my hair and they emailed me saying I threatened Benny and they are seeking legal representation ( you will see their email in the pictures). Take a good look at all the pictures of what has happened and how such a so-called reputable salon will handle an easily fixable situation. They are truly in the wrong and everyone needs to know to avoid this place like the coronavirus. Stay far far away they are just a location and nothing more.

She always goes above and beyond making me feel comfortable and taken care of. She is easy to talk to, fun and always open to my ideas! At this point I don't trust anyone else with my hair! I have also reached out to her on multiple occasions for last minute bookings and she has always been able to accommodate, which I really appreciate during these current times! My husband has recently started getting his hair cut by her as well and has now fully hopped on the Benny train! He told me he now refuses to let anyone else touch his hair! Bonus!
