He has acknowledged he has received full payment yet is requesting more money - without any contract or credit agreement to justify this. The debt collection agency is illegally threatening workplace visits and disclosing financial information about me online, despite repeated demands to both this individual and the company that communications cease. He is not replying to any emails and has blocked me on social media like a coward. I have reported him to trading standards. We were unable to go ahead with our wedding due to covid and this supplier was the only person to not offer an alternative date, instead we've had weeks of grief. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
