This was my first time getting them done since Covid, so I was definitely nervous. From the moment I met Nour, she was so warm, professional, and kind that I immediately felt at ease. She took her time explaining the whole eyebrow lamination and tint process and really listened to what I was looking for. I loved how honest she was, she didn't promise perfection but clearly explained what to expect, especially since I have some sparse spots in my brows. She was upfront about the results while reassuring me that she'd do her best to make them look natural and full. The final result was great! I'm so happy with them that I've already booked appointments for microshading and a lash lift. I can't recommend Nour enough. She's incredibly talented, genuinely cares about her clients, and made the whole experience so special.

I've seen Betty at the Toluca Lake location for Botox and, on a separate visit, Sculptra, and both experiences were absolutely stellar. Her expertise and the care she puts into her technique make you feel so comfortable and confident in her hands. She's also incredibly kind, which makes the whole experience that much better. The location is beautiful, but Betty is the reason I'll keep coming back. I honestly don't think I'll ever let anyone else touch my face! At the beginning of my appointment, I told my waxer, Jazlyn, that I only wanted the Bikini Full. There was already some confusion because only the eyebrow service was showing on her screen, but we agreed to proceed with the Bikini Full. Somewhere along the way, there was a miscommunication and I ended up receiving a Brazilian instead. I want to be clear that Jazlyn herself was very attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout my appointment. I understand that miscommunications happen, and I did not blame her for the situation. My frustration was with how the front desk attendant, Zoe, handled it. I was told I had to pay the Brazilian price even though I had booked and communicated that I wanted a Bikini Full. When I questioned this, Zoe brought Jazlyn to the front to discuss what happened in front of several other customers. Given the personal nature of the service, this made me extremely uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of the booking/miscommunication issue and a private, professional attempt to resolve it. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated over how the situation was handled. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to provide additional training on customer service, discretion, and de-escalation.
