Enjoyed a day of pampering at Poppy Hill. Several friends and I were treated to a surprise spa day…read morecourtesy of our thoughtful husbands. The staff was very accommodating and provided some delicious refreshments and drinks to make our day out even more special. I had a wonderful massage with Brittany and a facial with Sam. Both were very professional. We were all treated to a complimentary paraffin wax hand treatment that was a nice surprise! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed chatting and laughing with them. The only thing that would have made the whole experience better is if they had provided spa robes/slippers so that we didn't have to change back into clothes to move from one treatment to another! Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and would return. I had gone once before this trip to see Taylor for henna brows. She was lovely and very friendly. I was nervous and she quickly put me at ease. She did a great job and listened to my needs/wants. The prices are wonderful too. Check out their FB page for great deals/discounts!

My husband bought a Groupon for me for a one hour deep tissue massage and a one hour facial. I…read morethought my massage therapist was very nice, however I didn't feel like I received a deep tissue massage. It was more like gentle touching, which is not what I'm looking for in a massage. It was not worth the time or money. The facial was also not worth the money. She seemed to avoid extractions, which I was in need of. At the end the woman at the front desk asked for me to leave a tip. I had already left both people very generous tips in their rooms and had even gone so far as to tell the esthetician that her tip was in the room while she was standing next to the front desk lady. I found it very rude to be asked about tipping at all but especially after making it known that I had already tipped. It comes off very low class.

First off, I'll update this review when I'm done with my treatments so four stars for now because…read moreI'm partly through and hope to finish strong or dare I say "perfectly". Most importantly this service provider requires a fee for a consultation. The only one in the area I found to do so in fact. I'm an Admin for healthcare and In my profession that means something. I appreciate that. The staff is likely the most courteous I've met in Savannah so far. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. My consult phone call was immediately answered and an appt was available within two weeks. Right away this impressed me. My surgeon took the time to answer my questions and present all Options available for my desired outcome. I will also note this was the first and only of my 5 consults that my surgeon offered options that had never been considered and that made the most sense even financially. Turns out this was covered by my medical insurance after all. I've since had surgery and am recovering. The level Of care described above continues. There's also a separate check in for postop appointments which you also will greatly appreciate. Investing in yourself is a personal decision and so far I only regret not doing this sooner. Dr Paletta was the surgeon for me and I hope you too find the right one.
