I've been doing the monthly membership for over a year and have only had good experiences, the entire staff is excellent. I had an appointment with Nina for the first time and she was amazing! Her pressure was awesome. She was professional, welcoming and asked what I wanted her to focus on before she began and she checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was still where I wanted it.
