Wedding booking:…read more Fun Fun Party made the wedding so much more FUN!!! We rented the Mirror X for 3 hours which had the best value for a sleek vibe and display of new technology. Our guests loved that they could add personalized emojis and text. There were other cool features such as GIF or email/texting the pics. Every guest received an envelope to store their picture. The team of Fun Fun Party were super nice and very professional. Madhu (The Owner) worked very efficiently with me on a last minute booking. Communication was excellent through all channels of email, text, and call. Within 1 week of the wedding, he had our personalized border design displayed on each picture. On the day of the wedding, we had to move our designated location last minute in which the team adapted and made changes accordingly. They were just so understanding and awesome to work with!! Also Loved: - Unlimited Photos. - Best Props I've seen at events. - **Photo Book collage - Copy of guests pics collaborated into a book with written messages from family & friends. - Digital file of all pics without watermark. - Guests can access digital copy of pics through mobile app.

They had a nice selection of props to choose from for goofy pictures, which was also fun. This would be a five-star experience if the booth operators were more engaging. That's not to say they weren't smiley and friendly, but there's another level of getting people excited and bringing them out of their "I'm-going-to-look-all-serious-right-now-because-I'm-at-my-company's-holiday-party" shell. Maybe they could offer some silly photo ideas and give some direction there to help people have fun with it. All in all it was a good experience. Bonus points for having the photos uploaded so quickly. They were available in the online gallery almost immediately.

I was sooooooo upset, but this was a very important event!! Then I talked to AJ, and he sounded sorry, so I thought I'd give him another chance. He said he would do my next event for free and even gave me $100 as a deposit. So I took him up on it, realizing that people make mistakes. So I had him schedule our vow renewal reception/25th wedding anniversary celebration... He said he had it on his calendar and was all set with props and everything. I kept calling/texting AJ ROUTINELY before the event and my event coordinator called him the week prior and everything looked good. He was supposed to come at 6, NO SHOW! I called him at 6:15 and all he said was "oh shoot. I'm in Houston." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!?????? AJ didn't even seem to feel bad.....UNBELIEVABLE. A lot of the same people from the first event were at this event and they were FLOORED. (Not only was it awful not to have the photobooth at our anniversary, but it was such a distraction to the night in general b/c it became a WTF stir) HORRIBLE BUSINESS.!! I"d turn the other direction if I were you!!. I TAKE BACK my 4-star review believing in my heart he would make it right. I should have made him give me $1,000 deposiit. Live and learn.
