This business "repaired" our zero turn mower over a year ago - TWICE, and, after several calls, voice-mails, and texts went unanswered, we took it to a local hardware store that tried but was unable to correct whatever had been done to it. After more calling, texting, FB messaging, and, finally, resorting to calling this business using a different phone, they answered (by mistake, I'm sure), and they assured us of their honesty and intent to do the job right. They picked up the mower and stayed in contact . . . at first. Here we are, SEVEN MONTHS LATER, and STILL no mower, no updates, and we're now looking for legal advise regarding how to get our mower back! We call, text, etc., and NOTHING! At this point, we just want our property back, but it's likely long gone! Who knows for certain?!
