History
Established in 1990.
As a teenager, I started learning to fix appliances before I was old enough to drive. As soon as I got my license, my boss was sending me out on service calls by myself.
Time passed and I eventually became the lead technician and service manager for a large family-owned appliance dealer with multiple technicians serving a 100+ mile radius and performing factory warranty repairs for every brand you can think of, including luxury appliances like Viking and Miele. I taught and managed the technicians on the road and in our shop, and would go out personally to handle the hard cases.
Now, I'd like to put my experience and expertise to work for you. No big company. No quotas. No agendas. Just making life better and simpler one customer at a time.

After working on, teaching about, and managing appliance technicians for years, I've truly seen it all. My true passion is taking the mystery out of appliance repair. Too often, underqualified parts-changers have taken advantage of customers by providing substandard work, failing to properly address concerns, or padding their bills.
I'm excited about changing that! You will always be encouraged to:

3. Request the old part to prove it was replaced.
