One of our neighbors recommended Larry and said he'd done a wonderful job on a bathroom remodel for a friend of theirs. Larry answered my call right away and was able to come by within 24 hours to give us an estimate. We ordered the tile, and Larry's tile guy, Chris, installed it. It looks beautiful! My general contractor (who doesn't do tile work) was at the house while Chris was doing the install, and he said Chris was extremely meticulous with his tile cuts, measurements, which tiles he used, etc. We are super pleased with the end result, and I will definitely be using Larry again for future projects. Larry was very professional, very specific about which grouts did better than others and various other details, and very good about communicating with us. We're very happy with our new floor!

Moore Construction built this home in 2008 and then completed the bonus room over the garage in 2017 after we bought it. We love every inch of this home. What is extra nice is that all the tradesmen are wonderful and there is a lot of respect and friendship between each other and Suzanne. Each man goes the extra mile to do a perfect job. The carpenter, Jonathan, chopped 3 trees down for us to use for faux beams which is the cherry on top of a gorgeous live edge plus barn-wood vanity that he built and saw mill boards complete with bark. After several delays because of family issues he was finally able to come the following week. When he finally arrived he came unprepared. He struggled to open the aluminum railing packages so I gave him a kitchen knife to open them. He unpacked 2 of the 7 railing packages and wanted to see what needed to be done on the front porch also. He then said he had to leave for 15 minutes to get a special saw to cut the railings to size and would be right back. I knew at that point he would not return because he lives at least 30 minutes away. He left, never returned and has yet to answer my November 26th query about his return. The only reason for the second star is because he actually showed up.

He had the parts with him and it took him less than an hour to replace both torsion springs. (I had two springs, one on each side. He tested and lubed the door, checked out the opener and tuned it a little. Neat, clean and fast. Price was right. Recommended!
