Dean and his staff weren't apologetic and acted like I was getting the carpet replaced "for free'. when I say not apologetic, I mean I still never heard the words Im Sorry for our error out of their mouths. That I would have had to pay more if they had measured it correctly. Actually I would have gone with another company had the price been $600 higher like the owner Dean said it would have been. its a clown show. they were very disrespectful in trying to get our job finished. we had to return from the beach (where we are moving) for a day which involved 500 miles of travel and inconvenience. I wouldn't let these folks to do work on a run dow dog house. PS one of their sales people tried to tell me "well the salesperson is young and she's the owners daughter" making excuses is highly unprofessional as is throwing a coworker under the bus. id use every other carpet company in town before I even bothered to call these folks.
