I arrived around 3:30, knowing they close at 5:00. However, by 4:35, the employees were practically shoving customers out the door. Each employee told us a different amount of time left before closing despite still having plenty of time to spare before 5:00. At 4:40, the lights in the second building were being shut off, and by 4:50, the open sign was off. This may be a controversial opinion, but I feel that if your sign says you're open until 5:00, you should be fully operational until that time. I was extremely disappointed with the staff today, and it was a very odd and uncomfortable experience.

They let you know when the item came in, and the pricing structure, so as items age, the price comes down. I visited another consignment store recently, and they were very mysterious about wether-or-not the price would ever adjust. This model of business is very good. If you don't like a price, if nobody else buys it, you can hold out for a better price. But honestly, they price so well, I bought an item that had just come in earlier that day. I had no reason to wait. :-)
