We wish we could buy one for ourselves lol. The views aren't substantial, but the location was prime for reaching all of our destinations easily. This layout and floor plan easily accommodated all of us comfortably. If you are worried about space, don't even sweat it. I bet it could fit double with zero issues. All the amenities worked and Jeanette is so timely in responses and getting our needs met. There is something for everyone, seriously. The only bad thing you could possibly say is that the roads to get into the cabins is a bit confusing and a bit technical to drive with a full size truck and trailer. However, once you're in, you just hate to leave. I found at the end of every long day of riding, I was so happy to get to come home to Wildflower cabin #1 as my home. We checked in with friends who rented another cabin #7 and they raved about it as well. Look no further for your family lodging needs, this is the place you are looking for! =)

After making it to the top, we were immediately greeted by Guest Services Manager Peggy Steele and a maintenance supervisor who's name I cannot recall. They knew we were lost and cautioned us to turn around to avoid a ridiculous steep descent back to the main road. Furthermore, they let us park the RV in their lot and take our "chase vehicle" to find our cabin; which happened to be less than 1.3 miles from her center. Although we never stayed here, and our entire interaction was less than 30 minutes, the courteous treatment we received is a testament to the hospitality one could likely expect.

My family and I were in town from Lousiville for my daughters cheer competition and was looking to stay an extra day and enjoy the nearby Sevierville/Gatlinburg/pigeon forge areas. I found this company by using Yelp actually. They had a very reasonably priced cabin called the honey bear hollow that sleeps 8-12 people. Me having a family of 7 made it a perfect fit. So you book through the site. Place a credit card on file and pay half up and they will take the second half a week or so before your arrival date. The day of check in You will receive a text notification with an address and pass code for the cabin and the trash cans outside. The day before check out they will text you checking out info and cleanup rules. Our honey bear hollow cabin was beautiful and very nice. You have a covered porch with two rocking chairs and you walk into a nice spacious living room and a kitchen. Off that main floor to the immediate right of the kitchen is a king sized master bedroom and full bathroom with a dual shower head walk in shower. Off the backside of the kitchen is a locked door with a covered patio area with your own personal hot tub. As soon as you walk in where the living room area is a spiral staircase. You get to the top and immediately in front of you is another bathroom with a walk in shower. To the left is a loft area with a pool table and another king sized bed. To the right is another room that features a queen sized bed, a fun retro arcade machine with several classic arcade games and another full sized bed. On our trip here in March of 2022 we got to experience both warm weather cabin life and snowfall cabin life. On our first day here we had beautiful sunny weather up in the high 70's. The next morning we woke up to about 4 inches of snow. I'll give the grounds crew credit. The roads were salted the day before when it was sunny and when we woke up the next morning to a mountain winter wonderland the roads and Drive ways were completely cleared. The surrounding area of the cabin site has a few neighbors. Some closer than others but you still have a ton of privacy. The grounds in the very back has a cute small log cabin chapel and playground. Throughout the site is cool little decor of equipment and even a fake "general" or "thrift" store to give it that southern Sevierville feel to the place. The kids and us loved our cabin. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Nice place to play pr relax and has TVs in each room and in a beautiful area. They really enjoyed the personal hot tub as well. Outside we did have our own grill so if you want to cook out that is an option as well. If I had to critique anything it would be that the pool table in the loft is in a small and tight area. The pool sticks are too long to get off any shot you want without bumping a wall. The TVs all had directv so you had cable but it would be nice if they had a smart tv for streaming services. Overall this was a fantastic and well priced experience and visit. In most of our out of town cheer comps we have to stay in specific hotels near the competition sights. On this trip we was able to book what we wanted to and this massive and fun cabin was actually cheaper per night for a family of 7 like Mine. So we were thrilled with everything!

We've rented several times from this company and have stayed in several different cabins, all with…read morevarying degrees of amenities and cleanliness. We've never given much thought to finding a cabin not 100% perfect due to the fact that we've always rented pet-friendly cabins and realize a bit of wear and fluff comes with the privilege of having a dog with us. However, our most recent experience has turned us off using this company for good. During our stay, we discovered a broken window (as in the glass was broken), a broken door knob (it fell off the door when touched), and two loveseats that were covered in old food crumbs (trust me, you didn't want to take a peak between the cushions). Again, being a rental, we didn't think too much of it, as we've seen worse. It was after we had left that the real issues began. We got an email later that day stating that it was obvious that we had an animal at the cabin (we did, and we had stated when booking that we had a pet - but apparently the pet fee wasn't charged upon initial booking) because they had found excessive pet hair on the bed, on the couch, and what looked to be dog vomit on a pillow. Because of this, they were charging us the $10/night pet fee and an excessive cleaning fee. We were fine with paying the pet fee - it should have been charged in the first place, but the excessive cleaning? Honey, no one has ever excessively cleaned that cabin. And their proof of everything? They sent us a picture of the bed skirt that had a tuft of hair on it. Nothing on the couch, nothing on the pillow. Funny thing is, my dog has degenerative myopathy. She has no use of her back leg at all. She can't walk, let alone jump on furniture. The worst part? I have no idea what happened with vomit pillow. We bring our own pillows and never use the pillows at places we rent. The pillows were all stacked on the dresser the whole time, so there's no telling how long the mystery vomit on the pillow had been there. We sent an email detailing this to the rental agency and never received a reply, just an automatic charge to our account. I hope the fee was worth it. We and our family will be using a different company from here on out.

It is also easily within driving distance of Pigeon Forge, the foothills pathway and many other sites. The property backs up to the state park and has a beautiful screened in porch, which allows you to comfortably experience nature day or night, either in a rocking chair or the hot tub! The owners are so friendly and hospitable, I really can't recommend it enough.

It was cold. Tellico Vacation Rentals has several beautiful cabins to choose from.... we stayed at the View Point and the photos I uploaded are just of this cabin. I have spent over twice as much for a condo down in Ft. Walton Beach and not had as much space, beauty and privacy as this. The hot tub was so strategically built that while in it you were only exposed to the gorgeous sky and tops of swaying pine trees. Like I said it was cold but we couldn't tell in the hot tub even at night when the temperatures dropped... I REALLY enjoyed the hot tub ;). What would have made it better is if it had snowed. I highly recommend this cabin. It's huge but perfect for just a couple/honeymoon OR can sleep up to 8 in my opinion.
