I went in to buy a vape and ended up buying some Float Shrooms shooters since he was just restocking them and had them on the counter. A few days go by, and I decided I was going to finally drink this shroom shooter, turns out it expired in NOVEMBER. I called the store just letting them know and expecting I could bring the expired one back and get a new one, the guy on the phone was trying to explain how shrooms don't expire and pretty much telling me it was fine and that he'd call the owner to let him know and I can come back up there, so I did, and instead of replacing it he wanted to charge me "with a discount" I was shocked. He then proceeded to tell me they're a small business and times are hard and I get that, I do. But why would you try telling someone something doesn't expire if there's an expiration date, or give it to me half price like all the other expired vapes? He also begins to tell me the owner told him on the phone that night that it was MY fault I grabbed an expired one, even when they were sitting at the register and the owner is telling me he just got them in. I'm posting this review because mushrooms DO EXPIRE. And the fact that he wasn't at all trying to understand me just shows how shady of a business this is. I wish this didn't happen.

I'm rather confused by the organization. I've gotten some help in the past from someone in…read morecorporate so I have high regard for the overall company. However, at this particular location I've had mixed results. I am a very frequent customer of their CBD products and one young man at the store proved to be incredibly helpful and seemed very interested in my needs time after time. On the other hand, a newer employee gave me some confusing information about other locations, and when I suggested to him that he was mistaken, he accused me of twice mishearing him. Of course, as a frequent and high-paying (and very respectful) customer, this made me rather angry. A simple apology would have been the best way to go for him but he accepted no accountability for his misdirection. I love the product and will continue to shop there. But I will always have a question about information I get because of some shaky service i once received.

This magician had hundreds of potions (I believe 450) on his wall and though he doesn't allow samples because that would be cost prohibitive, he does allow them sometimes on 0mg nicotine. (You can taste a drop off your finger) I had no idea what I wanted so he let me taste. I wanted fruity, nothing creamy, nothing banana, watermelon, or grape other wise I was pretty open. I had to have tasted 50 different flavors and found 3 I loved. I don't know which to try first when it is time to drop down to 0mg on my smoking plan. Much better than my "home store" that had 10 0mg juices. I walked out a happy camper and I am glad I signed up for their rewards program: 25% of next purchase. Yee-Haw.
