As a gluten-free eater, eating there was slightly tougher than I thought it would be. There's gluten-free pasta you can swap for regular pasta in any dish, but a quick glance at the menu made me leery at what other gluten is in each dish (i.e. in the sauces). A safe bet though is the Pad Thai, just fyi! It was pretty good. But for the cost, the amount of chicken is highly disappointing. I eat a lot of protein in my diet so I may be a bit bias in that sense but I'm not even sure it was a full chicken breast's worth. The service was friendly and the seating and all that was plentiful, nothing crazy special. It's a great option to have in town!

The quality of the noodles is good given the price and the staff has only been helpful and efficient. I try to avoid ordering the buttered noodles with parmesan and seasoning and the Wisconsin mac and cheese because these dishes are pretty easy to recreate on my own. I have really enjoyed the penne rosa, which I tried for the first time at this particular location. Just the right amount of spice and flavor! This place is great to stop in for a quick, very affordable lunch. If you are health conscious (like we all should be!), there are some excellent meal options that are not high in fat and sodium. P.S. I'm dying to try the truffle mac. I'll definitely order that next time!

When I asked him why he was so chill, he responded with "I'm not mad, because the people here seem really nice", and that put things into perspective. Prior Review: We've eaten here many times, and usually it's ok, but tonight is another story. We've been waiting for our food for over 50 minutes and no one seems to care. There's 3 other people here. All waiting. No idea what's happening. One of the workers is chillin' on his phone, so that's cool. Everyone behind the counter seems either confused or just doesn't care. We finally got our food just now, and they missed one of our items. They're still confused. On the bright side our food is just barely warm. I had this rating as 2 stars, but now it's reduced to 1. Bravo, Noodles. Bravo.
