I used to live in Sterling Heights and went to the Madison Heights location, which was awesome. I…read morelive in garden city now and even though there is a house of dank right down the road I decided I would make the drive to Ypsilanti to the location there. I made an order for pickup for the next day. When I get in they say there policy says to void any orders not picked up by the end of the day. Not a biggie but I put in the comments on the order that I was picking up next day. Somebody should have contacted me to let me know that. The big issue is the budtenders. The guy I spoke with today, I asked for Indica flower. He tells me everything is hybrid now and it could be 50/50 hybrid. I have health issues that make Sativa not good to me. I really need a straight up Indica. I told him this and asked why then do they label strains as indica. He said they don't, they just say grounded. At this point I left. I don't like being told something doesn't exist when I know it does (how else you make a hybrid than crossing a pure sativa and a pure indica). Anyway, totally turns off by this chain now. I will be taking my business who isn't 30 minutes away and telling me indica doesn't exist

I had to post after reading Matthew S. review. Dude, do you…read moreknow how many young punks go into that shop and probably act like imbeciles, asking for weed and pipes and what-not? Having your ID when you're young, even with a "full-grown beard" is essential, not just here but everywhere, especially when driving a motor vehicle. I found the employees to be very helpful, sure anyone is liable to be a little pissy if they're having a bad day, but knowing this yourself Matthew, maybe you should give them another chance. Also, no matter how professional or non-professional a stores' staff might be, there's no account for some of the retards who come in without their ID's with a pocket full of their mommy and daddy's moolah. I mean think about it; you can be 18 and not be able to buy beer but you could buy Salvia or K2 from these type of shops, ( but you need your ID!) you'd need your ID to buy beer from Kroger right? Well the herbs might get you just as fucked up as the beer or wine, so what you need your ID! Stop whining and start shaving; your beard.

And the pricing is good too for the quality of the product you get. I've also worked years in the retail industry so I know how customer service works. 10/10 every single time. Most places that make their own products aren't good at all, but Apothecare makes the best weed even compared to premium companies & brands. I've been to so many different dispensaries & this spot is my all time favorite.
