Before arriving, I called to confirm their hours, and the person who answered--who I later found out was the owner. He was warm, welcoming, and very pleasant over the phone. That first impression carried over into my visit. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and given a personal walkthrough of the humidor. The owner went into detail about the humidor, which I truly appreciated. Being from the U.S., we technically can't have Cuban cigars, so it was a treat to see such a large, well-thought-out selection available here. Beyond the Cubans, the humidor was well-balanced with both legacy brands and boutique options. Pricing was fair, and the variety of sizes gave plenty of choice for every kind of smoker. Overall, I was impressed not only with the selection but with the customer service and genuine hospitality I experienced here. This visit made my trip even more special, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

I have a photo of a robusto Cohiba below with a view of the band. I hope you can appreciate the vibrancy of the orange, Raised lettering and hologram on the band. The cigar is triple capped and symmetric. Forgive me for not cutting it open, but trust me it smoked nicely consistent with a hand rolled tobacco. Service was excellent and helped with selecting cigars I know and some I did not. Parking is plentiful and just a short jaunt from the hotels. Highly recommend you shop here for cigars

Not your typical variety store style smoke shop! This is one of those shops that has everything…read morethat you need and then some. The store is pretty well organized and lit. Two huge shelves of magazines line both sides of the walls, and it's an impressive sight - a ton of topics from computers, golf, knitting to cigars. There is an impressive display of cigar and smoking accessories in the middle of the store - humidity control devices, humidors and lighters. However, both of these shelves are not well organized - too much clutter on both of them to make for good viewing. (I guess you'd have to know about the item you want before asking for it?) The cigars are stored in a giant humidor on your immediate left. There is not much variety (but that is to be expected), and the owners have a focus on smaller ring sizes and shorter smoke time types of cigars. The selection contains huge Romeo y Julieta cigars, tiny petite corona cigars, Montecriso, and some minis. Most big Cuban brands are represented. However, the owners also keep flavoured cigars in here - I saw Dutch Masters chocolate at the bottom of the humidor. (That might influence the other cigars in a weird way!) There is also a good selection of "gas station cigars" like Backwoods (there is a stock of different flavours), Phillies, and Swisher Sweets which are hard to find in large numbers in this city. The owners are nice and willing to give bulk discounts if you buy a lot of cigars. I walked out of here with a Punch and a Master V Signo - both very good and flavourful cigars. The owners (a couple of middle eastern descent) don't give advice unless you ask, and this is a very good thing! * There is a ton of adult material and goods here - so don't bring in your children, unless you want to explain bongs, vaporizers, adult magazines and other...age restricted items.

Good customer service goes a long way and I spent more than anticipated as a result lol. He was very knowledgeable about their various hemp/CBD products (and wow they have a HUGE variety from liquid to edible to smokeable .. anything you can think of! Must be 18+ to purchase these FYI) and happy to answer any questions you may have. He can also get clothes in different sizes if needed. I loved their selection of women's clothing. They had a nice variety and what I appreciated is that I found things that fit me nicely (it is hard to find bohemian and tie die outfits that fit me right .. they either hang unflattering or are built for thin women without curves). They even had belly dancing skirts that are so cute! There are some bathing suits as well. Whoever is doing the ordering for women's clothes please keep up the good work.
