One of the nice cigar shop around. Good decent size cigar room with wide collection of high end cigars. be ready to pay little more since lot of high end cigars not lot cheap cigars to choose from. Overall experience was good. Clean organized shop with friendly welcomed by associate. Access could have been easy since had to park little far and that would not be a fun in cold days. Smoker's palace probably has the largest most complete selection of cigars in Saginaw. 20 different kinds of Romeo and Juliets, 15 different Cohibas, vanilla-flavored, chocolate flavored, you name it. The humidor is probably approximately 20 by 30 feet. Also, if you're into smoking pipes, there is a fine selection of pipes and tobacco. My understanding is that the prices are very reasonable and their product quite good. Two of my closest buddies smoke pipes and they're constantly referring this place to other pipe and tobacco connoisseurs. Service itself is okay. Middle-eastern man who won't go out of his way to help you but won't stop you from picking up product and inspecting it for yourself. Recommendation: BUY!! read more

So i bought a nord vape two weeks ago. Was really happy with the vape i got and the girl helped me find exactly what i wanted. But the issue im having is that its leaking out of the tank. They told me to come in to see what was going on with it. This was bout 5 days after i made the purchase. The lady said maybe the coil wasnt in all the way and if it continued to leak to come back in that theyd replace it. I called today and another girl was there, i told her the issue and how its been constant. Because its still leaking. She told me that now they cannot replace it because the boss is strict on that even though I've been told before that they will replace it being how I just bought it. She told me to put in my other coil and see if it leaks after that. Now when I bought the Vape the lady that was there told me that I could not use that coil because it was specifically for other liquids and I'm using a salt liquid but this girl over the phone is telling me they're both the same so I proceeded to change my coil and test it out. The liquid is still leaking out of my tank and I feel as if this is a malfunction and should be handled appropriately but now I'm being advised that she can't do anything about it. It changed my feelings on smokers Palace I was really happy in the beginning but now I feel like I'm in a position where it should fall on the store and not my pocket. Very good selection in cigars and other tobacco products but i do not agree with the other comment above there from Robert...Oh well, I found more collection than anywhere else around. There were A-Fuente, M.Cristos, Romeo & Juliet, Rocky, Cohibas and many more. It is an awesome store. Prices are very good compared to others. read more
