THIS is the ONLY place I go for smoking apparatuses and juice for my husband's vape pen. They have such a nice and affordable selection of water pipes, bowls, grinders and other necessities for your green hobby. I bought a beautiful rainbow bubbler for 25$ that I saw online for 55$ and the young guy behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable about it and suggested the cleaning solution as well. So glad I bought it because it has changed my cleaning game. No more throwing them away because they'd never get fully clean or because they'd taste like alcohol afterwards. They offer phenomenal discounts and have a pretty amazing rewards program that can save you up to 20% off your purchase. Haven't given them a google review? Do it in store and they'll give you a 15% off your purchase. All military get a 10% discount with valid ID. They're open 365 from 10am-10pm. All of the employees are extremely down to earth and very knowledgeable of all products being sold. Oh and did I mention they have multiple locations through out the Houston area? I had a pretty bad experience with this store. It's clean inside and at first glance seems like it would be a great place with friendly people, but the customer service is terrible. I bought a pair of disposable vape pens then immediately realized I bought the wrong ones. The person working the register refused to swap them out for the correct ones. I thought calling the manager might help the situation but the manager refused to even consider it. I cannot recommend this shop. There are plenty of other shops along the highway that cater to customer needs. read more

Part 1. I went to Smokers Outlet today looking for a specific item. They didn't have it and they were apparently out of several items. But that's not the reason for the 1 star review. Smokers Outlet was recommended to me. They said the staff was friendly and helpful. The man working there was helpful until something he was showing dropped and broke as I handing it back to him. Then he said he was sorry but I'd have to pay for it. 1st of all he's the one who handed it to me to look at I was giving it back to him when it fell out of both of our hands. I asked why I would have to pay for it. It was an accident and his hands were by mine. When I stated that he back up and said he was nowhere near it. I had a friend with me and she saw him with me and his hands were by mine. Then he said if I didn't pay for it he would have to. That was ridiculous. I felt bad for him at first until he kept insisting I dropped it and he was not even close to me. Then proceeded to say they have video cameras and he could show me. So I asked to see it. He never showed me. He went to the manager instead saying I broke and was refusing to pay for it. As far as the employee goes he was helpful up to that point. I guess he changed because he didn't want to pay for it which I could understand. It was an accident. But when he said that is their policy "if you break it you have to pay for it. I would of if I was mishandling it or throwing it around but I was handing it back to him. Now that brings up the manager. Even my could not believe how rude she was. I went in first the manager came in a few minutes later my friend was still outside. I really thought she was a customer until she went behind the counter. I smiled and said hello just to get a look by her like she was irritated or just not very pleasant. I even smiled and laughed because they have a sign on the door that no one could come in without a mask. Neither one of them were wearing one. Another person came in without one but I'm guessing because what I said the employee told him he needed a mask. They looked like they were friends or something. The guy looked confused like he wasn't sure if he was serious but then said okay he has one in the car. But his initial look basically was one of "I've becoming here without one now I need to wear one". Not surprising I'm sure he's been there without being told to wear one and the fact the manager and employee weren't wearing one either. And the managers comment to me was she was eating. Which I actually found to be very unprofessional for any employee to be eat by the register and the bad attitude didn't help. She went out and brought a box in with inventing it which the employee seemed to be happy about. I guess because they were lacking in some items. She grab the box and told him no one was to touch it except her and if someone did she'd kick their f*%#ing a** if they did. That was so unnecessary and very unprofessional especially with customers in the store. read more

Not that great, customer service wasn't so informative,uninterested, and not invested. So I ended buying the wrong product and try returning it only to be told the product can't be return even though the bought product was unused. Atmosphere isn't as welcoming as before and it feels like it's going down. Vape city,room, and country are much more informative and welcoming. read more
