I would recommend this buisness for the low prices. But sadly the only product I would buy there now sucks. The jelly brand gummies made by notyourbakery.com , were busted and fined 60k. They had to remove all products from all stores. But know that they have returned their gummies have no potency and just a headache when you ingest them. I tried all avenues to address this issue from the manufacturer. But ... like many companies/buisness today , " they don't respond ", except for we are busy now. Keep an eye on your card transactions after coming here. The kids working will add a tip to your transaction after you leave. Super sketchy business with kids scamming. Not sure about all these random people are with negative experiences, honestly, many of them sound entitled or just complaining for the sake. Just went in to buy a piece and the man working was super rude. I had called before going which was useless because he said he can't tell me anything over the phone even though every other place i've called has always been super cooperative. After asking multiple times he finally told me his name is James. He has scruff and really short hair and is pretty young. Awful service the guy even called my friend overweight after she refused to flirt back. So he obviously doesn't seem like the type to take no for an answer and hope something is done about this. Be careful if you're a girl and go alone, he's definitely not someone to feel safe around or who should be working in a place where interactions with customers is a must. Today i did just that and was told by Erick thier new manager, that the guy Ian whom i bought it from no longer works there. When i explained that i kept the receipt for solely for that purpose he basically called me a liar and said that the ex manager would never say such a thing to make a sale. i asked for help and the Erick called the owner just to affirm that he was right. very unscrupulous business practices are unacceptable. they lost my business and anyone else willing to listen. read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went into the store and the person behind the counter was assisting someone else he said to me I will assist you in the moment as soon as I'm finished with this customer. A customer who was white came and went to the counter asked the young man at the counter for assistance and he promptly assisted him without saying to him there is a customer ahead of you; totally ignoring me. What a wonderful professional experience today at Smokers Goods! I walked in after a disappointing experience at another nearby smoke shop and wasn't expecting much from this unassuming little place. Trying to quit smoking cigarettes and wanted to make use of a battery that was given to me. I was so pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and patient the young man behind the counter was (I think he said his name was Fabian?) He was able to answer all my newbie questions, provided me with different options, and patiently gave me all the information I needed to start without trying to oversell anything I didn't need or want. The store itself is clean, well organized, and uncluttered. They have a separate section with cbd products and lo and behold this young man was very knowledgeable about these as well. I ended up buying a tank and some oil to begin with but I already know I'll be returning in the near future.
