I've been going into this shop since it opened. Made it my main smoke shop. The "assistant" manager or manager NEVER remembers me. Even if I come in 4 days in a row. I still go in ask him how he's doing, remain very polite. He always has a dirty look and zero service/people skills. He is just miserable and holy crap you better be out of there by 7:55. We planned to spend a few hundred dollars for a birthday present, wanted to be respectful and be out by 8 however he came and stood next to us. Super bummed. I needed a battery charger in a hurry so I stopped here. I purchased one that was insanely overpriced- around $40- but I was desperate so whatever. Brought it home and realized immediately that it was broken. It kept shorting out and not feeding power to the batteries. I was pissed, but hey what are you gonna do? Just decided to buy one for 1/8 the price on amazon and wait 2 days for delivery instead. "At least I have my receipt", I thought. "I have the box..I'll just return it tomorrow", I thought. So, I brought the item back the next day and asked for a refund. Right away, I was told they "don't really do cash refunds". I explained that it had been less than 24 hours, the item didn't work, and presented my receipt. The dude working the counter was the same guy who sold it to me, mind you. He told me he would try, but again stated it's not typically their policy. This would be understandable with something like cigarettes or open consumables, sure, but this was an expensive electronic that was sold to me BROKEN. All he could offer was taking my name and number. He promised he would present the situation to his owner and try to get me a refund. Well, 3 days went by and I never heard back. Lame. I rolled back into the shop and asked what the update was. It was the same guy from my previous two encounters. I could tell he probably never followed through with his promise. He had that kind of "oopsie, I forgot" look on his face. So, being the pushover I am, and just wanting to be done with this, I just told him I would take an exchange instead. He agreed. I got some batteries. They were overpriced but work fine. $40 is a lot to spend on a broken charger, and refunding me in less than 24 hours should NEVER have been an issue. Such a bummer- I want to support small business but this one really failed. This is my first low-star review and it's warranted. read more

The only good thing about this place is the location. It's convenient, but their lack of customer service and quality makes it worth the drive to somewhere else. You'd think that their employees would know their way around the product, considering their obvious use of them. However, they seem ill informed and actually damaged a product while showing a customer how to use it and then when it malfunctioned within the week, the refused any help. Definitely going to be taking my business elsewhere. read more

First their prices suck.... Then After reading the last several reviews it's apparent that this store is mismanaged. Whoever is in charge should hire better customer service representatives before they loose more good customers over small stuff that's easily fixable. I bought a charger for my vape battery (about five bucks)....tried it on 3 different kind of batteries.... It wouldn't charge any of them so I went back about an hour later and there was another guy at the counter. Purchasd a battery brand ooze at the recommendation of the owner I explained that I was going camping and would be returning in 5 days he assured me that I would not have a problem. Well sad to say that right out of the box it just kept blinking so tried to charge it did not hold a charge and continued to blink. They did not honor the 20.00 purchase. BEWARE COUNTERFEIT JUUL PODS!!! Been going to this smoke shop for year and they have been good in the past. A week ago I purchased a pack of mango juul pods bacuase I was waiting for my auto ship order from JUUL. I opened the pack and found all the pods leaking in the package, and the fluid in them was way darked than I remembered. The taste of the pod was different too. My auto ship order came the next day and I opened a new pack of mango that came directly from JUUL. The color of the fluid was completely different, the taste completely different, I was sure these were COUNTERFEITS! A quick google search assured me that I was right! There are a ton of counterfeit JUUL pods on the market, being sold on eBay and other online vape shops. I call the store and spoke with SAM the guy who sold me the pods. I told him that I had new pods and the the ones they were selling we're counterfeit pods. He took my name and number and said he'd talk to the owner and see what they could do. A week later I go in to the shop to purchase a new pipe, and to ask if the owner had been talked to about the JUUL pods. It was a different person today and he was a complete jerk. I told him I thought it was kinda messed up that they wouldn't admit to selling counterfeit pods or even give me a slight discount on something else I wanted to purchase. I was told to stop interrupting the dude as he tried to explain that I was being rude to him. I decided that it was time to leave after he told me to stop interrupting him and as I walked out the dude told me to "get fucked". And laughed and pointed out the window at me as I drove away. I have gone here 3 times. I've only had one product from this place and that was a vape battery. I've purchased two puff bars from here that are 1) overpriced and 2) they're fake from DHgate. Each of the two puffs only lasted about 5 hits before they burned. They refuse to give new products when they sell defective ones. This is not a good shop. Bought what was recommended and less than a week later I literally sat and watched the unit burn. It wasn't even in use! Worst fucking place ever, the so called "Manager" Cody sold me a $20 fucking down steam... get home to smoke and after one hit and setting it on carpet the down steam breaks for no reason. Call the store to ask for new one and talk about it. He then starts backlashing saying no. Then threatened to have the cops called and claimed I was 20 after not checking my ID when purchasing. I am 21 and then proceeded to tell me I may never come to the store again... I am here to share that you should never come here. Prices to high and.... obviously horrible service read more

The KIDS that work there sold me a12 pack of butane and when I opened it they replaced 3 of the cans with a cheaper and less volume can if butane. when I talked to them they said they would replace the cans as soon as the shipment came in and wrote down my name and phone number but when their shipment came in they told me that guy went on vacation for a few weeks and he is the onlyone authorized to do it.I waited several weeks and apparently he never returned to work. the owner was fully aware of the situation and refuse to make good. they are overpriced rude and liars read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would I'm only rating it 5 so people can see this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE AWFUL. They break the first use. For example, me and my dad bought a 40$ titanium nail for our rig and it had a carb cap attached we take it home use it one time the cap falls off onto the floor and the "titanium" nail shatters our rig. We rush back to the store with the nail and the broken rig and the the guy what happened and he said to come back the next day after he talks to his owner. We come back and he says he can give us the same one nothing else no deal on a new rig, or a different one that is actually titanium for a new rig. Nothing he gives us the same shitty nail that doesn't work and now we are out 40$ and a rig. Honestly we have spent so much money in that store for years and now the customer service is horrible and their products are not true to what they say. I think they should have some sort of policy on faulty products or something or they should try their products out first. read more
