Richard was friendly, helpful, and very efficient when it came to the waves of festival goers piling in through the small tent. My experience today was a bit confusing to me. This was my first time in this store and it was…read moreindeed very nicely laid out and visually attractive with an overall medium-ish selection of various Cannabis products (IMHO) ......but checking all the boxes in those selections. The one thing I noticed right away was that both Budtenders behind the counter seemed very serious in their expressions. I wasn't greeted with a "hello" of a "hi how ya doing" or even " Can I help You".......straight to business. Ok, that's cool. Then I tried to lighten the mood by making a joke... which, had I thought about it.....maybe wasn't such a good idea. My joke was met with a completely blank face...at which time I felt the need to declare that it was a joke. Aside from the interpersonal awkwardness, I found that the process of pre ordering and then dropping in to pick it up, went as smoothly as humanly possible. They were ready for me and processed me very quickly. Business wise it was a perfect experience, Human to human part was a bit off putting. Without that personal touch and connection that I've come to expect at dispensaries, it felt more like a supermarket transaction then a more personal Cannabis Dispensary purchase. To have a Dispensary right here in our small town of under 1000 people is nothing short of amazing. I wish this business all the prosperity possible in this venture......and unless I just walked in on something that just happened to make everyone super serious.........Lighten Up and make some new friends and some forever customers too. I will return to this business and suggest you do too.

I really don't know what drew me in the other day, but having had to pick up gas at Speedway and…read morehaving a brother who was pushing us to refill his vitamins (or other health stuff), left me with a large gap in my needs to "explore" and so, in I walked. But much to the dismay of my other brother, mother and grandmother, I came in but found that prices here are expensive - so expensive, you'd break my bank (and my bank tends not to be too breakable too often). I realize vitamins can get expensive, but it's not fair to keep all your products as two digit dollar values (to the left of the decimal). I saw prices as low as $10 (for even some of the miscellaneous needs of sports bottles) to the ridiculously high price of close to $40 for huge bottles of vitamin supplements you could get elsewhere for cheaper. Shop smarter and armed with information of what other places are selling your same supplements for - you'd be surprised. The employee tried to get us to sign up for their rewards card because he said that it would get us discounts. But hearing him out, if you listen closely, he said that not all products could be discounted, and that those that could be discounted, would be sent via the mail (and thereby - obviously - adding a shipping cost - thereby keeping the price just as much up there as the rest of the store sees.) Not cool. I was thoroughly impressed with your selection of homeopathic "vials' " information. After coming back from using your restrooms, I took a small gander around and looked for something to keep my interest for a short time, and fell into looking at your homeopathic display. What interesting things I had never expected to find here. The store was clean and definitely well-lit, but if it weren't have been for pricing, I probably wouldn't have went in. And come to think of it: this is the second time my brother got "burned" by this place after he had some trouble a couple months ago with pricing on these same items but which he had to try and second-guess himself this time. If it weren't for Vitamin World up the mall closing and not feeling like we'd want to shop online (and getting the results faster and smarter), it's really a shame that this place is pulling in business to spike the price of products and grab more of the consumers' money. I won't be back, unless their prices change for the better.
