Broad range of prices and brands for every budget, A truly pleasant staff is there to answer any questions. I had been intending to come in for quite some time since they opened simply to give support to a…read morenew business that was bringing something fresh to town. Recently, an individual who left a scathing yet suspicious review here on yelp posted on another platform, and something did not seem to add up. Further, they did so on this other platform, knowing that purple planes did not have an account on it and could not respond. I decided that not only would I give them the heads up about this incident, so they could address it, but that it was the day that I would go in. I have been suffering from some serious joint pain, and I have been looking for something to make the pain tolerable so that I can do what I need to do as most over-the-counter solutions do not work, or I cannot take in combination with other medication's. My doctor has yet to come up with a solution. Jose, who answered the phone when I called earlier to alert him to the incident, was so inviting and so kind. He was able to very quickly help me select the right product and variety for my needs, and helped me navigate the rest of the store. I was surprised to find out that what I needed was only $40. To further the customer service, I realize that I had left my wallet behind, And as it is necessary to present an ID and a payment card to complete the transaction, I ask if I could run home and get it. When I still could not find it, a friend said that she would take me, but they were closing at 8 o'clock and my friend and I did not connect until almost 5 minutes before they closed. I called, and not only did they answer, which many places would not do near closing time on a Saturday night, Jose said that they would stay late enough for me to get there. When I arrived, not only did he have my order ready to go, but, and appreciation for alerting him to the incident earlier, I was given a discount. Not only was I impressed, but my friend was so impressed that she intends to return. And so far, Jose's recommendation has worked.
