Turns out, I didn't need the surgery, so I took the $16 bottle (that I simply rinsed off and put in my fridge) back to him for a return and he told me "NO YOU PUT SOMETHING IN IT!" All I could do was stare at this man. What on Earth could I have possibly put in that bottle?! The top hadn't even been opened and there were no holes whatsoever. I'm sure if there was there would have been no more drink in there! My friend and I told him he had no return policies posted anywhere and he didn't say I *couldn't* return it when purchased. SO I stood there and told him I wouldn't move until he could come up with a better explanation for not taking that bottle back, to give me a refund or even a store credit. But he ignored me like I was a shadow on the wall. Another two customers came in and I explained how racist and ridiculous this ancient ass man was being until finally he snatched the bottle from me, cracked it open and poured the red liquid all up and down the sidewalk in front of his own shop. He came in slammed the register open and basically threw my money back at me. I promised this gigantic JERK that I would spread the word, because that was unnecessary and was an unacceptable way to treat customers! He told me to "NEVER come in here again!" Tom the pipe guy is one of my favorite people on this earth and has been very good at pointing me in the right direction and teaching me about cigar's pipes and tobacco. The place is like stepping back in time, besides the lights and cameras the surroundings make you feel like you've stepped into a Time Machine right out of the old west the late 1800 early 1900s. You get what you pay for, this place may not be the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but it is definitely the best tobacconist in the Denver metro area. You should definitely come in and ask Tom about pipes and you will probably go home with one and don't go into the humidor because you won't come out empty handed, but you will definitely be going home a lot happier than you did before you came in.
