Rachael was a font of excellent information and support in the health areas I had concerns in. There was not a question I had where she didn't have a solid answer. I have been to other shops in Boulder and have felt like number or sales target - NOT here.. Rachael and Tom were a breath of fresh air with real knowledge and fantastic customer service. I did not feel out of place or talked down to. I felt like my needs actually mattered. I had been very hesitant to try anything I would need, but they made it possible for me make informed decisions and with zero pressure. I am benefitting from what I purchased. Very grateful that a shop like this exists.

I would recommend Palmer Lake Wellness to anyone looking for great service, as well as high quality MMJ!' Thanks to the staff here!! - Jake

Girl who took my order gave me a cartridge for $50 when I thought I was buying a disposable and I said I wanted a disposable probably three times. Then afterwards, when I told her that I didn't want a cartridge, she started laughing like it was funny. I don't think they can take stuff back once they sell it so they just offered me a 10% discount and gave me a free battery. I'm I wasn't gonna make a huge deal about it and make them take it back, but this thing is a waste of money and I would've never bought a cartridge for $50. You have to do better than that you can't just be giving people the wrong product. Keep trying to bribe people to give you five star reviews with discounts though.
